Detailed Reviews
Myself and a friend travelled to Leicester to combine visiting my Daughter at DMU and shopping ! It was our first time staying at this hotel and we were not disappointed . We were able to park in a secure car park very close by and were minutes away from the University , shops and Restaurants . The room was very spacious with 2 beds, tea and coffee facilities , hairdryer and an iron and ironing board and an en-suite shower room , everything was clean and very comfortable . Breakfast was included in the price and did not disappoint ! Cereals, fruits (huge selection) yoghurts, croissants , cold meats and cheeses, boiled eggs , toast and tea, coffee and fruit juice all with an unlimited supply . The staff were very pleasant and polite . I would definitely stay here again . The car park that we used only cost £10.00 from lunch time on the Saturday until 16:30 on the Sunday . Please note the car park is locked overnight and does not re open until 10am Sunday so would not suit people needing an early start .

I highly recommend this property, based in a great central location but yet very quiet and cosy room I asked for.
After having a good night sleep in the beautifully designed room and comfortable bed, I started my day with a nice, strong coffee and fulfilling breakfast.
Amazing hospitality from Magda, who was very welcoming and helpful during my stay. She has given me a good information of the local area.
Thanks you. I will be coming back soon :)

Two rooms at this hotel were booked over 10 months ago through booking.com so that we could stay near to the venue of our son's wedding this weekend. This morning I received an e-mail that appeared to be from the hotel via booking.com, asking what time we would be arriving. This afternoon I received a call saying that the hotel had been closed for the past year and had not re-opened yet (presumably because of the COVID-19 pandemic) and that we would not be able to stay! How on earth has this been allowed to happen! There is no indication on their web site that they are closed. They put the blame firmly on booking.com for not cancelling my reservation, however have made no effort over the past 10 months to get in touch until today. Book at your peril!!

Cosy and tidy place. Brill location in city centre. Staff guided where is what in town and where to park the car. Good place for family)) definitely will stay again when in Leicester. If needed realised walking distance to bus or train station too or free hop on(green frog) bus . I’d rather travel without car as it’s a bit of a headache in town

I’ve stayed at this hotel a lot of times. The hotel is right in the middle of town which makes it a very good location as it is close a lot of restaurants and the university. The staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. This hotel is very affordable and I would definitely stay at it again and recommend it.

It is a nice hotel, clean, spacious but management not really professional. One of them or both are polish and named was Anitte. Can't recall proper spelling. The way how they approached male guests was ambiguous and ridiculous. Simply they were flirting...
