We stayed in Room 10, which was spacious, quiet, spotlessly clean lovely big bed & quality bedding. Parking available, which is great being so central. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice, felt really homely. Stayed in a few places in Lincoln and this was by far the best. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Lincoln.

We stayed for two nights and had a very enjoyable stay. The room was very comfortable and clean, the bathroom spotless. Breakfast was served in the breakfast room and the quality of the food was excellent with plenty of choice. The guesthouse building is lovely and in keeping with the local architecture and just a few minutes walk from the cathedral and main areas of interest. Our hosts were brilliant and very helpful. As if that wasn’t enough they also have a car park. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay.

A fabulous location, only a few yards from the cathedral and many good places to eat; a spacious room in a period property, an excellent breakfast and very helpful hosts. The car parking was a little tight however!

Beautiful location - perfect view of Cathedral from our room. Hearing the bells was fantastic. Hosts were awesome - helpful and friendly, nothing was too much bother. Breakfast was lovely and service friendly and not too rushed. Parking available too!

Brilliant place to stay in Lincoln. The location couldn't be better being directly opposite the Cathedral and the breakfast was delicious! Spacious bedroom with separate but private bathroom. very friendly and helpful hosts

We really enjoyed a three nights stay whilst visiting our daughter who is at Lincoln Uni. We stayed in room 9 - a very comfy double room at the back of the guest house over looking the small car parking area. It was really quiet, plenty warm enough and had a very decent bathroom with rain shower. Staff were really welcoming and just lovely. Breakfast was superb. Highly recommended if you are wanting a quiet stay - at the very top of Lincoln. Some great places to eat nearby and it’s just round the corner from the Cathedral. Parking is tight - the smaller the car, the better!

Paul was very friendly and helpful both beforehand and during my stay. I was in room 3, very spacious and with ancient wood panelling. Very comfortable bed with lovely soft pillows. This is the room with a separate private bathroom across the stairway, which I found no problem. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location right in the centre of the old city, a few yards from the cathedral. Be careful bringing your car in through the very narrow entrance.

Beautiful accommodation and room, very spacious and a very comfy bed. We stayed in room 5 so had a lovely view of the cathedral from our room. Great choice for breakfast and tastes amazing the owner couldn’t be anymore helpful. Will definitely be back thank you From Kirsty and Michael

This is a perfectly nice guest house, very well located in the historic part of Lincoln. Our room was a bit small but OK, I think the king size rooms would be better than the double ones as the double beds are not big for 2 people. The ground floor accessible room was perfect for my elderly father. Breakfast was decent though they could be a bit more generous with the toast! The owner was very friendly. For us, the main downside was that it was really hard to park the car in the very tight parking area. I appreciate that it is unusual to get a parking space at all in the historic town centre but really there are too many cars crammed into the small yard.

Very clean and comfortable. Steeped in history. Great location if you want to concentrate on the cathedral and castle at the top of the hill otherwise Steep Hill road awaits, whether you stay at the bottom or the top.
