This was our second time Lincoln but our first time to cathedral view. Our experience was great. The only thing we could fault was the wifi which was hit and miss. This didn't cause a problem as I managed to get onto the wifi across the road as we had previously stayed there. We were in room 4 at the...

We arrived early to a warm welcome from Helen (one of the housekeepers) and our room was ready for us. We were in room 10 which was a fresh, new room in the annex building. The room was very spacious and elegantly decorated and furnished in a lovely contemporary yet traditional style. The bathroom was also very spacious with a...

Lovely little B&B right behind the Cathedral. Lovely big room (but was a bit noisy as they are not allowed to change the Windows to double glazing) - the en-suite was across the landing (but was quite private). Beautiful breakfast. Would definitely recommend this place to stay.

A lovely little gem of a guest house situated next to Lincoln Cathedral. Very friendly hosts who make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in room 4 which was quirky and quaint and despite there being no double glazing ( still has the old windows) the room was lovely and warm on our arrival. There...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this guest house. The room was small but comfortable, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. An added advantage was the free parking space offered (although I wouldn't want to be driving a big car as the access is via a very small archway!) Very enjoyable stay in...

Situated next to the incredible Lincoln Cathedral this refurbished old coaching in is one of the oldest buildings in Lincoln, it's been lovingly restored and is full of character. Access from the street is easy there is a walk and ride bus up the steep hill and I think you can park at the back although is a shame to...

This is a lovely 800 year old guesthouse in the heart of historic Lincoln. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was a good selection of breakfast items, my vegetarian breakfast was very tasty and filling. The guesthouse had free Wi-fi and free off street parking. They really could not have been more friendly and helpful. Next time...

I booked this hotel for one night for work in early December. The room I was allocated was ground floor, in a long extension (outbuilding conversion) at the rear of the hotel, accessed along a passage past the kitchen. The only windows were a glazed French door opening straight into the car park. There was no form of natural ventilation,...

The room has two large openable windows within the french doors. To call this room a 'joke' is very unfair and unprofessional of this person. This popular room is an extremely quiet room at the back of the property, on the ground floor, a very large wet room, with access to the rear car park making it very handy for...

Arrived at cathedral view to Tracey's happy smiley face. A wonderful warm welcome was just the start of a fantastic stay here. Shown to a superior room, it was just what we wanted for a long weekend away. The room is in the newly renovated section, and definitely had the cathedral view. Bathroom is wide and open. All was exceptionally...
