Don't be put off by the fact you are staying in an annex, it's a lovely converted church and the bedrooms very comfortable. The view on the way to breakfast is spectacular! Breakfast cooked to order in a comfortable dining room with delightful views on either side.

What a shame. After comparing several places to stay decided on The Old Palace, firstly it was a nightmare to find and we are familiar with the area. Beautiful setting however not so attractive on entering the building, areas of flaking paint and quite tired looking, our initial room was decorated nicely unfortunately the electrical control box for the floor...

We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms overlooking the city. Unlike the other reviews we found this hotel easily. The rooms are quite small but have everything you need.
