My wife and I stayed one night to visit Lincoln castle. Karen has really considered, and then addressed, all her guests potential needs. Warm welcome. Good sized room and en suite (with underfloor heating). We slept well in the silence, and awoke to glorious sunlight streaming through the curtained windows on two sides (blinds for those who prefer the dark). Tastefully furnished (looks new). Large shower, large towels (bath sheets). Immaculately clean. Relaxed conversation but not intrusive. Breakfast in the traditional farmhouse. My wife is vegetarian - no problem. Karen won an award for her breakfast; not surprised - EXCEPTIONAL.
Thank TASJF

First time staying with Karen and John. Room was excellent - amazing shower. The tea and cake on arrival after a 180 mile drive was much appreciated. The welcome from Karen and John was great. Lovely peaceful location. Can't really ask for more. I think that we will be back!

My parents, daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay - couldn't have been better. Karen and John were extremely welcoming and helpful, the rooms were beautiful, comfortable and clean, and the breakfasts were delicious. I would highly recommend and will plan to stay again if we're in the area!

This is my second time staying with Karen and John, I never thought of staying somewhere else. My room was so lovely, extremely comfortable, with everything I could need. Beautiful new bathroom with underfloor heating. Breakfast is amazing, so much to choose from, set in a beautiful dining room.
Redhouse Farm is such a lovely place, horses to see and so relaxing. Will definitely be staying again. Marie

We received a very warm welcome from Karen and thoroughly enjoyed a peaceful 3 night stay in a comfortable twin bedded room with spacious en suite shower room. Each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and nothing was too much trouble for Karen, seeing to our every need. Karen even remembered my birthday and produced a card which was a lovely surprise. The farmhouse was well situated for pub evening meals and convenient for Park & Ride into Lincoln.
Thank John B
