Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had the pleasure of staying 2 nights at Redhouse Farm, and had an amazing time. The accomodation was spotlessly clean, warm and very welcoming. Freshly baked scones were offered on arrival and we had access to a tray of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits. Breakfast was delicious with an excellent variety of choices. It was served in the dining room of the main farmhouse, which was beautifully furnished in keeping with its age. Karen and John are amazing hosts, they are friendly, knowledgeable and interesting to speak to. We would highly recommend this delightful Bed and Breakfast to other guests.

Karen remains the most hospitable host. I love her afternoon teas and her breakfasts. Everything you could ever need is provided in the room, which is very quiet but still convenient for all parts of Lincoln. It is very picturesque in the snow! (see photo)

Excellent B&B. Spotlessly clean. It's always those little extra things where someone has put time and thought into making your stay as practical and welcoming as possible that makes a place what it is. Karen excels at this. Wonderful selection for breakfast, cooked and timed to perfection.

We've stayed at Redhouse Farm many times over the years returning time and again because of the warmth of our hosts Karen and John. The rooms are large, absolutely spotless and have everything that we could possibly need for our stay. Redhouse is a little haven of peace as soon as you turn into the drive. The first sight of Karen's beautiful garden always makes us start to unwind after our long drive. The cooked breakfasts are exceptional with local produce and the best sausages that we have had anywhere!! Karen and John are great hosts, taking time to chat and find out our interests and what we are hoping to do during our stay. Based on this they given us many recommendations for places to visit and places to eat across Lincolnshire. It's this personal local knowledge that has had us returning to the area time and again. Great value for money, we really can't recommend highly enough.
