The hotel staff are excellent, the room 104 was beautiful, special thanks to Tom for helping us, I had to hire a mobility scooter and the staff made sure the ramp was out, we had everything we needed. The hotel is near everything Liverpool one a 5 min stroll with plenty of cafes along root, I would highly recommend using this hotel we couldn't fault it. I asked for more pillows and was dropped to room in ten mins, every member of staff was so pleasant and always on hand to answer any questions.

Was a lovely stay, very quiet place and clean. Only thing I would say is was only 2 pillows in the room would of preferred to have 2 each not the end of the world. Lovely stay all in all staff where lovely and helpful Would definitely stay again perfect for a 1 night city stay.

A comfy 1-night stay. Once we eventually found it (thanks to the lovely lady on reception guiding us in from the car park and then the busy Saturday night city centre), we had a lovely overnight stay here. Great location, and the noise from the clubs didn't bother us. We quite like it. Room 306 was lovely, on the corner, overlooking law courts, spotlessly clean and comfy and ideal for one night. Great central location. £13 parking for 24 hours at Victoria Street, 6 minutes away on foot. We couldnt find the TV remote control, but we weren't bothered. Room was a bit cool and we couldn't figure out how to turn heating up. Duvet and pillows very thin, another pillow would have been nice and I'm sure had we asked, we could have had one. But we were too lazy to go back downstairs and had a really good night's sleep anyway. This was our first stay at an easyHotel and really pleasantly surprised. Really good for a quick overnight stop. Hot drinks and vending machine at reception was nice when we arrived at 10pm so we had a hot drink at bedtime (£2 each). No refund. No date change. £5 bay charge. Booked online through trip.com for Easy Hotel Liverpool. unfortunately I booked the wrong date. Arrived at the hotel. Had to wait two hours on a park bench with my bags as they charge £5 per bag to store them. Then refused to amend the dates unless I paid an extra payment double what my original payment was. I left and booked elsewhere. Refused to refund any of my payment. So basically just took my payment for nothing. Avoid at all costs.

As you were told when you arrived we could happily change your dates but the new price of the new dates is compared to your original dates, the difference must then be paid in order to check you in. All our T&C's are on our website including your NON refundable booking description. In the future please read and understand the T&C that comes along with your booking. We booked last min and was really cheap, the room was lovely but the bed was like a brick and so uncomfortable. If it was a party night and you were looking something cheap it's the place to go. For £44 can't complain

Room was good for the price however a little DISSAPOINTED about no hair dryer but what can you expect at the price you pay, however the loud plumbing issues and heating other people take a shower and flush their toilets interrupted our sleep to go along with this the ‘sound proofing’ in the rooms isn’t up to par we heard vacuum cleaners after check out waking us up and also heard a multitude of people’s conversations in the corridor all over not a bad place to stay but sort out the noise issues
