We stayed in the Harrison suite as a group of 8, there is 2 double bed bunk beds with single beds above and then two sofa beds upstairs. The apartment was clean, modern and all you could ask for. The only downside was every room was excruciatingly hot. The underfloor heating was on making walking downstairs unbearable, no windows opened and there were no fans (the a/c unit upstairs worked slightly but the small above door fan in the bedroom was just blowing warm air). We asked the man who worked in the lobby if he knew how to turn the underfloor heating off, he said it couldn’t be turned off! I ended up sleeping outside the bathroom, the actual bedroom was like a sauna and all of us had to sleep with wet towels on us. Whilst the price is good, nobody slept more than 2 hours. I’d imagine in the winter this is exactly what you want but not in 20 degrees heat in August.

A group of 13 of us booked for a Hen weekend & it was perfect! The checkin staff were lovely and arranged for us to drop our bags off early and some of the girls were able to decorate the downstairs party area. The party room was brilliant - disco lights and a sound bar. No issue with loud music either because it was in the basement. Location was great - less than a 10 min walk to concert square.

Stayed at these apartments over the bank holiday for my best friends Hen Do. This was a late minute booking as due to numbers and we were pleasantly surprised. The interior was gorgeous - we were obsessed with the entrance hallway. Our apartment had a fitted kitchenette stocked with cutlery, crockery and glasses, a wine fridge, one room was the living room where the sofas converted to bed and the other room had 3 beds - 1 double and 2 singles, both rooms had wide screen TVs.

We were informed that the apartments have only been opened for a 6 weeks, so my only complaints was to do with teething issues like the toilet taking ages to fill up after flushing. Also we had to share one bathroom between 9 of us.

The apartments are very central, within walking distance of concert square and ropewalks and the owners were very attentive and lovely. I wished we had more time to spend at the apartment but would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any hen party or anyone visiting Liverpool

Where do I start..
I paid a £400 deposit and only received £300 back, when I questioned them they accused us of cracking the shower tray in my line of work (plumbing) I know that a crack in the shower tray would have to be fully replaced which would cost to supply and fit £400+. But they only kept £100? The image of the damage we allegedly caused shown a big crack in the shower tray but it was full of mould, which indicates it’s been there a long time (we stayed Friday 31st, this dispute was today, 4th). Mould would not ferment that quickly and be that black in 4 days, also the grout and silicone was black too when we arrived. When I told them this they said they are not replacing but repairing. I’m sorry but a crack in a shower tray/bath/sink basin does not get repaired but gets replaced! I told them the must be inadequate support beneath the shower tray to cause it to crack. Therefore not fit for the purpose is was designed for.
Here’s a list of things I told them how they could utilise MY £100:
•Fit a proper air conditioning:
Them feeble little AC fans are no use, they wouldn’t even cool down a pot noodle. So Perhaps put your hands in your pocket and install proper AC system. (Not to mention the windows didn’t open and they didn’t have a fire escape!)

• invest in toiletries:
For a room that is meant to accommodate 12 guests, 5 bog rolls does not suffice. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the soap dispensers in the shower, are they just for show? Also no soap for the sink.

• cleaners:
I’m sorry but did you get your cleaners from WISH?
Do they not know how to mop? The sad excuse of ‘bed sofa’ was sticky on arrival that one of guests actual left and stayed in her own place. As stated above the shower was revolting and full of mould. The sides and the glasses in the kitchen area are too, dirty. I suggest you get cleaners who actual open their eyes when they clean.
Massive scam because they are now ignoring my emails. I should of read the reviews before hand because I’m not the first person they’ve robbed from. Here a pic of the alleged damage we caused. If anything they should owe us.

Me and my friends stayed at number 3 it was the worst experience I have ever had . I complained about the dirty bathroom , mattress broken beds , dirty pans , chipped surfaces and floors the showers was a health hazard . The glass cooker hob was cracked and stuck together and sellotaped . It had melt patches on it very dangerous. There were no facilities to wash only a sponge with blonde hair wrapped in it . We had to clean everything. I reported the issues and was told they are a small family business trying their best and acknowledged the sink was unacceptable. My response was their best was not good enough when charging nearly £1000 for a weekend . On that I was called by a man who asked us to leave within an hour and he would give a full refund on the proviso that I don’t leave a review on the booking site . I contacted the booking site and after viewing my pics honoured myself full refund . However accommodation held on to my additional £300 deposit . I had to get the booking site involved to get it back . We are a group of 50 plus women who were looking for a luxury city break , what we got was a hovel and stress as we had to relocate at a premium cost , Liverpool is fabulous so the opportunity to exploit is huge bookers please beware as I think it’s a whole string of properties on this road under the same management. Check the pics and work it out . I wish I had done my research .
I’ve stayed I’m many places and you get issues but we were essentially evicted for complaining about the state of the place . You tell me if you find that sink acceptable. I bent down to brush my teeth and was nearly sick . That’s a build up of grime .

Booked for 12 guests and we were in room number 3. Amazing location, a short walk to concert square and near shops etc. We had 2 bedrooms consisting of 5 double beds (2 were bunkbeds) and 2 single beds of which were extremely comfy.
There was only 1 bathroom however but this didn't bother us too much as we just took it in turns. The kitchen was spacious and had a large tv with a good sound bar.
Check in was really smooth and greeted by a lovely woman who showed us round the room and made us all feel really welcome. I paid the £400 damage deposit which we were told about when booking and then reminded about weeks before arrival so was no surprise when we got there. I got the full deposit back on the Tuesday (we checked out previous Sunday) so a very quick turn around of 2 days which I was really impressed with.
The bad reviews on these apartments are not doing the place justice at all, it was an amazing stay and we can't wait to return for other celebrations.
The only thing I would say is the fire alarm started going off at 9am on Sunday from another apartment (not at the fault of the business) which hurt our already sore heads!

The apartment looked nothing at all like it did on the pictures on the website.
They were dirty and unkempt and needed a complete overhaul.
We were unsure if the bedding had been washed before our stay and one of
our party found dry blood on hers.
Hardly any of the windows opened resulting in the apartment smelling foisty
and there being a lack of fresh air. The kitchen sink was blocked, and even if
it wasn’t we couldn’t wash up because the plug didn’t fit. There were no dish
cloths or tea towels. No sweeping brush or mop to clean spillages.
The shower rail was coming away from the fitting of which a bit was on the shower floor.
Bath towels were old and scruffy. Lower ground floor bedroom smelt dirty and we
thought we could hear rats scurrying, which probably explains why there were several
rat traps in the outdoor area.
We had to empty the kitchen bins ourselves and leave the bags outside (for the rats to scrummage in)
We couldn’t bear to spend anytime in the apartment, there wasn’t anywhere
comfortable to sit and relax and we couldn’t wait to get out of the place.
There’s more i can add but I’m not prepared to waste anymore time on this review.

The best thing about the apartments was the location!
We WILL not be going back.
DONT GO!

We booked an apartment for a group of 17 friends for a hen party and it was perfect!

I was able to check in early to decorate before the rest arrived and the staff was more than accommodating especially as the cleaners were still there, cleaning from the people that stayed the night before. They were so lovely and made sure the living area was ready for me to decorate! The staff here in general were so lovely and made sure everything was perfect.

Not to add, the beds are soo comfortable and had the best nights sleep (for the short hours we did). Perfect location, everywhere was a short walk therefore didn’t need to spend money on taxis! Even had a get ready station for all the girls

Would 100% recommend for a big group of people!

Good location and the apartment itself was nice upon first inspection however, sleep was absoutely not possible! Which is the main reason you book a room!

The heat was UNBEARABLE.

The windows have barriers to prevent you from opening them in all rooms, underfloor heating that seemed impossible to switch off combined with a fan that did very little to cool us down... resulted in one hours worth of sleep had.

I left at 6am because it was impossible to sleep in the room.

I cannot imagine what this is like in the summer.

Stayed in the apartment for 16, plenty of space for us all. Loved the under floor heating! Close to city centre, we walked everywhere. Would highly recommend.

Only down side was the lack of drawers/wardrobe space in the rooms for clothes
