Its basic, no carpets, in need of a bit of TLC. However, the beds are comfy & shower powerful. TV in room too but its not a place to relax in too much. We were greeted on our return with a bottle of water & its help yourself tea & coffee from reception in the morning.

If people pay 20 quid, then fair enough I suppose, but I was done 60 quid through Expedia. Not the hotel's fault, but locking us out at 11.30pm and waiting ages to get someone to answer the door was. Quite noisy as the whole place is tiled (where the vinyl isn't coming up)....but there is probably a good reason for...

We came for an overnight stay whilst we went to a festival. The hotel wasn't too far from the city center and was in a nice area. Staff and especially hotel manager, Keith, was very charasmatic and very helpful when we had a problem! There is tea and coffee and other drinks as stated, but is in reception. A little...

14 of us on a football club tour weekend stayed here recently. Rooms are simple, beds decent and showers work very well. Keith the owner is a legend! From the moment we arrived he couldn't have been more accomodating or welcoming. He was on hand 24 hours a day to book taxis, provide any information and even putting one of...

When you're paying so little per night you don't expect much but the beds, bathrooms and rooms were all clean. What made the hotel is the owner Keith, he went out of his way to help us. Helped put one of the lads who was a bit far gone to bed, booked taxis and brought out a heater whilst we...

if you pay £20 a night then it's great but we paid a lot more through a hen doo company so my gripe is with them. Firstly the owner Keith is brilliant. Very welcoming and helpful sorting taxis etc. the rooms R basic but fine for what u need them for just cold. Was quiet at night didn't hear anything...

Having just spent a weekend in this establishment I would like to ask some of our fellow reviewrs just exactly what it is they expect for £20 (evidently full on butler service!) Granted the accomadation is basic but again this is reflected in the price, the rooms were spotless and comfortable the ensuite was clean and the staff particularly Keith...

Just got back from my sister's hen weekend in Liverpool where we stayed at The Manor Hotel. I think some of the previous reviewers on here need to get an actual grip and ask themselves what they actually want for £20 a night in Liverpool?!?!?! The Manor Hotel just added to the hilarity of the weekend and ticked all the...

I've just returned from two nights away staying at The Manor Hotel for my hen weekend. Yes, it's basic, it's not in the poshest part of town, but the owner Keith couldn't have been friendlier! Absolutely perfect for groups of stags and hens, and just what we needed for our trip. Some of the reviews on here are really quite...
