Just arrived, absolutely awful, did not feel safe had to leave straight away, only offered 20% refund of the ridiculous £139 they charged. This is more like a squat if there was a no star it would get my rating.

After circling the road about 6 times as we couldnt see a hotel in this horrible run down part of Liverpool we eventually realised that what we thought was a deralict building was in fact O'tooles. After getting up the courage to leave the car ( the area really...

The first room was the quad room, well in the bathroom inside door handle was hanging off like someone had been pulling at it, the door had very clearly been hit a few times and covered. The wall pain was literally peeling off the walls. The beeding was damp and smely musty....

What a disgrace charged £99 for 1 night stay not including breakfast. The only reason we reluctantly booked it was because everywhere else was fully booked. The so called wine bar we were staying above wasn't even open. It was run down state of repair that looked like it hadn't seen a lick of paint since 70s. I advised my husband...
