A horrible experience. The owner was rude, intimidating and actually frightening. There were no facilities (no tea, coffee, towels, hanging space, wi-fi etc etc) There was a restricted check in time and the threat that if we did not make it in time, they would take our money anyway. Entrance was via the fire escape. Shared facilities!!! A rare night...

I stayed here for one night with friends. Very simple but the beds were comfy and it was clean. No towels are provided, not even to dry your hands on! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! NO B&B OR PRIVATE PARKING! Arrived at 5pm after a day at work with my colleagues and was refused entry by the owner and when questions about getting a refund was offered to fight him or leave! Don't waste your money at this hotel!

Manager screaming at us in front of our daughter for not booking in half hr before the half 5 dead line which we were never told about no towels no soap in bathroom that was half way down corridore private no spring shot up in the bed nearly cutting my leg 8 pound taxi drive outside liverpool dont go there...

Where do u want me to start the manager was very rude and cause we were ten minutes late they we very aggressive towards us and told us If we didn't hurry up we wont be staying there at all... There was no towels in the rooms not even a plug in the sink or bath. This is the worst...

Arrived sat afternoon. Had to wait outside for manager. Door locked. He arrived and layed the law down. Told us the rules like we were teenagers. I'm 52. Showed us to the room. 3 blokes sharing. 3 single beds. All ok. Room nice and clean. Fair enough. Bathrooms ok'ish. Been in Travel lodge night befor hand. All nice clean towels...
