Fantastic customer service. Michelle on front desk. Thank you. Brilliant .we had a great one nights stay but the TV wasn't working and couldn't be fixed.too late to move to another room. We mentioned it on checking out and Michelle offered us 2 complimentary breakfasts as compensation. Wonderful!. Then dining room manager was equally only too pleased to help etc. We had a great all you can eat breakfast . Filled us up for the journey back home .Lovely to see people happy in their jobs. Some hotels when you raise issues just shrug their shoulders "ok we'll take that on board" - but no action or recompense. Not here .thank you . Holiday Inn you were wonderful. Liverpool we will be back lovely city. Fantastic friendly people .Holiday inn.youre the best .thank you .

A great hotel, everything was spot on, the staff were amazing, the room was spacious and very clean, the food was great as well. Right across the road from Lime Street station and in a perfect location for me. I honestly can't find anything negative to say about this hotel, especially for the price. Well done to all the staff who made my short stay very welcoming.

We stopped here as we spent a few days in the city The location is amazing it’s next to the train stain but it’s not noisy Central to where you need to be Lots of bars and restaurants near by The room was clean and had everything you needed The staff were truly fabulous Nothing was too much trouble , if you wanted a particular item saving they would the reception staff were knowledgeable and would always ask about your day or night Thank you holiday inn you made our stay more fabulous and your team did you proud .

This modern hotel is in the city centre, handy all the great Liverpool attractions. PROS: Excellent value, nice room with bath, lovely staff, superb location, unusually good breakfasts. CONS: Just two - very heavy, hot bed covers; poor reading lights.

We are only back from a two night break in Liverpool, I honestly didn't know what to expect when we booked the holiday inn, I was looking for something that was firstly value for money, buy also in a good location for shopping and nightlife, well this hotel ticks both those boxes. Hotel is on the 500 & 86A bus route from the Airport. The hotel is situated directly opposite Lime Street station. The outside view of the hotel is very deceiving, it seems to have been built in amongst a shopping mall and looks a bit dated, but once you go through the revolving door, you are entering in to a very modern hotel which is spotless clean. there are 9 storeys with all the bedrooms being on floors 3-9, the bar and restaurant and a number of meeting rooms are all on floor 2. We stayed in a King bed standard room B&B and we had a view over the city. The bathroom was well equipped with plenty of toiletries and towels. We had breakfast included in our rate, but can be purchased separately also. There's a very good selection of hot and cold breakfast options and plenty of staff on hand to ensure a very pleasant experience. I cant wait to return to this hotel in the near future.…

The staff are so friendly and helpful, they are such a credit to the hotel, from reception to bar and restaurant staff. Special mention to the kitchen team, we stayed and ate for three nights and the food is incredible. It’s pub type food but done really well. Breakfast time is usually quite chaotic at other places but here it is so relaxed and there is plenty of everything. The rooms are spacious and spotless. We visit Liverpool regularly and we’ve already said we’ll stay here again. It’s situated so close to the shopping centre and there is parking at the multi storey which is discounted by the hotel. Looking forward to our next stay!! (Room 703)

The food in this hotel is absolutely delicious, the steak ciabatta & baby potatoes is to die for honestly it’s something topped with the most tasty peppercorn sauce, the others I sat with had the steak and chicken which they eat every last bit also staff are lovely an accommodating not pushy whatsoever which is great, the only one thing I’d say is actually to hire more staff due to them doing the coffees, waiting , running etc

Visited twice in the past few weeks as daughter just started uni. Fab location and friendly staff. Rooms are quite basic but beds are comfy and all nice and clean. Really good breakfast with plenty of choice and gluten free options available.

Really great location - ideal for exploring Liverpool and just across the road from the train station - Lime street. We were on the 7th floor great views - room clean and tidy and everything we needed - breakfast was a good selection and members of staff were very attentive and quick to bring coffee etc - ate one evening meal in restaurant too - lovely food and fairly decent prices for a hotel. We’re able to leave luggage on the last day which was a great help plus on check in we were able to check in an hour earlier than was stated which also worked really well - would definitely return to this hotel
