I had the most amazing stay with my family, it was fantastic, I was given an upgrade and had a fantastic dinner and breakfast experience. I will definitely be back when im staying in Liverpool. It's not far at all from the city centre and the views are perfect.

Room facilities adequate apart from lack of blankets / duvets, very cold on a night and a/c extremely noisy. Breakfast was very poor. Tureens either empty or scant , on my visit bacon or beans only option. Toaster needs scrapping either slightly tinged or burnt. Plates cold . At this price you would expect a better quality and service with empty tureens and foodtrays replenished on a regular basis, probably employ extra staff to overlook people's needs. Reception area could do with smartening up considerably. On arrival this area doesn't grab you as a top hotel.

The view was amazing from our room, it was our first time here and it just blew us away. We got an amazing price for a midweek stay to include breakfast. Breakfast was lovely buffet one day and from the kitchen the next, tip you can ask for fried eggs and they will get them for you and bring to the table. We used the bar on the second floor both nights that was perfect. Overall a great couple of night away at brilliant price

Fantastic view from the room, as seen in the attached pictures, good breakfast nice hot shower and quiet room. The hotel is a little dated, and attention to detail is needed on cleaning, if paper menus and information cards are soiled then they should be thrown out. The carpet in our room had clearly not seen a hover for a few days, but as my husband works in the sector we are fully aware of the unrealistic time cleaners are given to prepare rooms. Sadly our late checkout was ruined given the fire alarm going off at 7:50, but it is always good to know that these things are working as the should be if it was a real. but overall for what we paid it was good value for money The location is great, and ideal for all the attractions and city centre shopping. Shout out to Liandra, Christy and the young lady at reception, who were very friendly and attentive. Overall for what we paid it was good value for money.

Excellent hotel, warm welcome at the reception from Anthony. Great with surrounding areas to sightsee , taxis etc . The room was excellent value for the price. Superior room with panoramic views of the Liver building church and river Mersey. Room was light airy spotlessly clean and very comfy king-size bed . Food in the bar area was very good too . Hearty cooked breakfast the next day cooked to order nice touch. We were attending a function In the town centre so we will be back to this hotel for the next event. All in all cannot fault this hotel 💯👍

Our Superior room was spacious and the bed was luxurious. We were provided with robes a kettle and a Nespresso machine (which leaked) which, incidentally only had two pods. We were in 1014 which overlooked the Liver building. However, the view was obscured by the condensation between the primary and secondary glazing. This condensation can’t have been a recent occurrence, given the amount of black mould trapped behind those panes. The staff were in woefully short supply. There was only one receptionist checking guests in. The bar, on our arrival day was unmanned for ages, At Breakfast, the buffet was replenished sporadically meaning you might have got your scrambled eggs, hash brown and sausage but these would be getting cold whilst you waited for bacon, tomatoes etc. Of course, you could have waited for these items to arrive but, there was no guarantee those initial items would still be there. The hotel is in a fantastic location. It’s just a pity that the hotel doesn’t match its surroundings

I’m a strong believer in first impressions and that gives you an idea of the direction the stay is going to go in. The external of this hotel is now well well past its best, and if I’m honest the hotel looks dirty and tired from the outside. Unfortunately this theme is pretty much continued throughout the whole hotel. Id go as far as to say the whole hotel is desperately in need of a full refit. The room was badly sound proofed and the outside window was full of condensation and made it pretty much useless to look out off. The tiles in the bathroom are hanging off and two were smashed. The sink plug wasn’t even fitted and the sink just didn’t drain it was clogged solid with filth. The room lighting was shocking for getting ready and the aircon runs for around an hour and then switches off which is annoying esp when you have no opening windows. The lifts kept breaking down. In general the condition of the whole hotel is very poor with broken fittings, pictures and furniture. Breakfast was minimal but just about acceptable if you was staying at a 2 star etc. The staff I have to say have tried their best with what is a very run down, tired and desperate hotel that charges way more than the stay should be valued at. Would I stay again? not a chance until the hotel has had a full refit

We stayed at the Atlantic Tower for 2 nights 13th -15th February. Atlantic Tower is a very nice hotel within walking distance to city centre for restaurants and attractions. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. We stayed on the 6th floor, our hotel room was excellent, overlooking the river Mersey and the Liver buildings. We had breakfast included in our stay on both mornings, 1st morning was a buffet breakfast, food on the buffet was lukewarm, hash browns and bacon were very cold. I like my food hot at all times. 2nd morning was table service to the early riser and buffet came out later 8.00am for the other guests. The table served food was much better, a lot hotter than previous morning. In the evening we went down to the hotel bar/restaurant for food (Vue Bar), the choices on the bar menu are very poor compared to our previous visits. We saw people ordering in takeaway food and eating it in the bar. We left and went out for dinner on both nights. The evening menu really needs to be changed, very few choices when it comes to food. the menu on our previous visits were much better. Better choices and more variety. Dinner was also served in the hotel restaurant rather than the bar.
