Stayed for a weekend in November. The bar and reception area have been refurbished and are bright and pleasant. The rooms leave a lot to be desired, drab, grubby, old tatty furniture, awful lighting and a transit van for a view. All for the extortionate price of £150 per night without breakfast! I didn't book and wouldn't choose to stay... More

We stayed overnight in order to attend the Oktoberfest which was just along the dock; the hotel is quite basic, but clean and the room was quite spacious. The 'breakfast' was a bit instant, but we weren't expecting a lot. Convenience of location is its selling point

Stayed 2 nights found the staff very friendly and helpful, bar and reception area bright and modern, room warm, clean, with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom perhaps could do with an update however it had a great shower with plenty of hot water. Hotel well situated for the Albert dock and LIverpool one with secure free parking. Excellent value for... More

Great location, next to the BT Convention centre where the event was held - 10 min walk. Parking was available, and the hotel is located near enough to albert dock to walk for restaurants. Area seems safe enough, located next to the casino. Room is small but basic and functional, and the shower was nice and hot! Bed was comfortable... More

Stayed for one night that was enough doors slamming people arguing up until 5 o clock in the morning even someone lying in the corridor lying in his own vomit went to tell the security and wasn't interested I don't think the rooms have seen any paint since it was built(dingey) never ever again. Don't let this put you off... More

I cannot fault the reception staff but disgusted at price for the facilities. £170 for one night in tiny room, door didn't shut on bathroom, we had one bath towel (small), and one hand towel between two of us. Bath tiny and no soaps or shampoos. Also no breakfast included. Great position next to Albert Docks but definitely wouldn't recommend.

The building inside is in need of TLC, corridor noise was loud, the toilet seat and toilet role holder were lose and the decor is basic, but it is budget. The room was clean, towels and bedding were clean and fresh, bathroom is small but clean and shower very good, The TV was new 30 inch LED. Breakfast has 4... More

Stayed here for 3 days at short notice I paid £46 per night and really didn't expect much but was very surprised. There is free wifi, free parking and a great restaurant and bar attached to the hotel The rooms are small but very clean and have all the facilities you would need.
