Travellers' Choice
Premier Inn Hotel Liverpool (Roby) is a great looking building with architecture dating back to 1840. We're set in our own grounds with a large garden for you to relax in, and there are excellent transport links into the centre of Liverpool, perfect for business or pleasure. City of culture, home to two iconic football clubs, and the place where British pop music began. There's so much that's unique about Liverpool. If you're here in September, don't miss the Liverpool International Music Festival. When the music's over, come back to the hotel for some great food at our Table Table restaurant and a lovely comfy bed.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A terrific night spent here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful, peaceful sleep. Meal deal at Table Table was excellent value for money. We would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Can't praise it highly enough.

Great hotel, friendly polite staff, rooms and hotel spotless. Comfortable beds and very quiet. Restaurant staff very helpful, polite, food was great with quick service. Excellent links to Liverpool lime Street and also Manchester, Roby train station just across the street 5 minutes walk, also straight off the M62. WiFi, parking ease of access all excellent, down here on business with plenty space for my coach to park, will definitely book again in the future.

Not the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed at. Sticky floors and tables in the restaurant, menus in need of a good clean, coffee machine sputtering hot water, cleaning equipment and chairs stacked in the eating area. No housekeeping for our room in the time we were there and our keycards broke twice. Staff very nice and helpful, but there is much room for improvement.

What a lovely warm welcome, staff were so helpful thank you especially to Josh and Isabella. Their customer service was impeccable and I would definitely stay again, even though the room was a bit tired looking. A quick visit but very memorable.

We stayed for a week in Feb visiting the Shakespeare North Theatre - we had a large comfortable room , nothing was too much trouble extra chair in the room new towels more tea etc . We came in late every night and the bar staff were so friendly and welcoming - making sure that we were able to have last orders and giving us extra time to finish without hurrying us out- for which we were very grateful ! Excellent breakfast and extra fast service at dinner as we needed to get back to the theatre on time. Particular mention for Frankie and Ellie for their friendliness , kindness and excellent Scouse humour!

We always stay here when we visit family in Liverpool except for one time when we went to a Travel Lodge which I assumed would be similar to Premier Inn but it was so much worse. The staff at the Premier Inn Roby are nice, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good value for money.
