Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Perfect location for a visit to central Liverpool, easy access to Albert Dock and Liverpool One. Clean and modern rooms are comfy. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Overnight parking in nearby car park was discounted to £7 but you had to arrive after 5pm and leave by 9am or cost went up a lot.

Lovely hotel overlooking the Albert docks, very clean, staff were all very friendly, no issues at all during our stay, the rooms were beautifully clean and had everything we needed provided in them. Would definitely stay here again.

location was good, close to seaside, shopping area and bars. But the room was dusty, dirty toilet seat (the worst that i've ever came across, so reluctant to sit on it ever after cleaning it by myself), walls, floor & carpet. Room was not well maintained - shower gel dispenser was not functioning, cup was chipped.

The family room was smaller than the one we were given when we stayed here before so okay for one night but would struggle for space, also nowhere to unpack things. The bathroom could use a deep clean especially the fabric shower curtain!!! Also consider taking your own coffee if you need it early as the sachets provided aren't great at all.

If you want to stay in a basic hotel, close to most places this is for you. If you want more than the basics look else where. No hairdryer, no plug socket near the mirror, shower was good but didn't like the shower curtain. Great location, budget end hotel, but that is what we paid for.

Came here for valentines night away with my boyfriend and the hotel was clean and staff were welcoming, only issue was that there was quite a bit of noise from outside the hotel through the night but other then that it was great! Bathroom was a bit small and probably needs updating but was fine for a night away! Thankyou for a good stay

Lot better available for less money. Gang of kids running through the building opening fire exits. No fire alarm went off, and wasn't even adressed. Whole building seems devoid off staff or life. Cold sterile environment.
