We had such an enjoyable stay here, the room was very comfortable with amazing views of the city. Everything you would expect and more. The staff are all super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. To top it off Gino's restaurant and skybar are superb. The food is delicious and not overpriced and the cocktails are superb accompanied by amazing views too. We would definitely visit again.

Hotel's Favourite
Amazing hotel; rooms are very modern, light and airy with high ceilings. Huge bed and shower. Complimentary drinks in fridge Secret garden and sky bar are fantastic with lovely cocktails . Excellent service in Gino’ restaurant; food was fabulous. Plenty of choice at breakfast they just need to advertise that you can ask for eggs to be cooked to order and veggie sausages The Gino reward scheme is great; as we were staying at the hotel we had a complimentary drink with dinner and 10% discount. I asked 3 members of staff about the complimentary drinks. I felt that a better system could be put into place where hotel bookings and dinner booking are combined so I didn’t have to ask about the drinks Hotel is near pier head and has lots of Italian Restaurants close by I would definitely stay here again

Hello lawrenceEngland, Thank you for your lovely feedback! I could not agree more when it comes to the amazing cocktails from Gino`s Secret Garden and Skybar - and as a bonus I have to mention the breathtaking views of Liverpool from the 18th floor - what more would you want? Noted your feedback regarding the complimentary drinks and I can assure you that our teams are working on a better system in order to improve this service. I do hope to see you again with us in Liverpool! Thank you , Roxana-Catalina Assistant Front of House Manager

Having stayed at many prestigious hotels all over, this really was on of the best stays we have ever had. The hotel is pleasantly located for all amenities. Front of house were knowledgeable and ver helpful. There is something warm and inviting as you enter the hotel. Lots of room to sit down overlooking the fabulous restaurant, modern and extremely spacious. It’s the rooms where the hotel really takes president. We were booked in to room 1402 with panoramic views of the city. This has to be amongst the best rooms I have had the pleasure of staying. Separate bath where, when you lie in it you can soak up the views of the city simply outstanding, but it’s the Sky bar is where it really excels all the hotels in Liverpool. We had lovely food with great service and just admiring the 360 views. Busy restaurant with lots enjoying the afternoon tea.

The restaurant/bar manager (Sal) was excellent at dealing with customer service issues. We really appreciated that he went out of his way during an extremely busy time for the hotel. I don’t think I have ever seen someone work so hard. I think Sal’s manager was Leo, I hope Leo rewards Sal for his hard work and efforts for the customers of the hotel. Rooms were lovely and big. Rooms had good insulation between them but not from the corridors. The toilet flush system noise from other rooms could be heard going through the pipes in our room, but thankfully it didn’t disturb us too much. Great hotel, food in the restaurant was okay. The atmosphere was brilliant. The majority of the staff we met were happy and friendly. Central for walking to the Cavern and restaurants etc I would return to this hotel in the future.

Stayed here on a work trip and it was faultless! Room was quiet, comfy bed and had a great view. Breakfast had lots of options which were fresh and hot. Sky bar was added bonus being able to have drinks with a view with my colleagues before dinner. Would stay again!

The hotel is in a bad location to be honest, the decor when i walked in was odd, and the bedroom floor seemed filthy, very sticky to walk in. the bed was very uncomfortable i woke up with a bad neck. the restaurant seemed overpriced and not a good atmosphere. wouldn't recommend or go back.

We had originally looked at another hotel offering spa and other options however decided on Innside for our Liverpool celebration stay. Upon arrival the information provided wasn't sufficient even after being asked if we had stayed before (we hadn't) We were given quick information regarding booking for dinner and breakfast but nothing related to how to get to and access our room, thus making the review 4/5 based on first impressions. Once 'inside' the room we came across a number of issues, we were trying to browse the dinner menu based on the allowance as advised and found we couldn't actually view much more than the hotel information as for some reason the television only broadcast a news channel, whilst trying to view the TV we realised the walls were very thin as we could hear full conversations from the room next door. The trouser hangers in the wardrobe had seen better days, whether guests had been unable to use them and they had then broken or had already been broken for some time. The steamer also did not seem to operate, there were areas in need of repair and position of the bathroom as part of the room was not a pleasant surprise. We had booked an early dinner and a reservation in the Sky Bar for drinks so knew we were limited with time to report the room but knew we wanted to raise it whilst staying. At dinner we learnt that we did infact also have an option for a set inclusive menu, this wasn't apparent at check in. The staff at dinner were attentive and we enjoyed our meal. We then decided to raise the issues with the room at reception and were offered an upgrade which we planned to quickly exchange before our drinks booking. Once we quickly gathered our belongings we tried to go to our alternate room. However the key cards triggered an audible error message each time we tried them in the lift and as another guest was able to use their card we knew there was an issue. We returned to reception for reactivation with our belongings and ventured again to the second room. This room was larger with better views and a slightly better bathroom placement but unfortunately wasn't without it's own issues (cracks, stains and plumbing issues) We knew we needed to advise reception we had left the original room however our Sky Bar reservation was imminent and we wanted to try and enjoy something of the celebration so decided to do so on our return. We arrived at the bar to an impressive night view across the city and enjoyed our cocktails with a view. The staff had bags of personality and made our time in the bar a highlight. Once back at the room we tried to contact reception as advised but all phone call attempts went unanswered, whether there was no one present or a dial error is unclear but the phone rang out each time. We then decided to not return back to reception and try to enjoy the rest of the stay. At breakfast the next morning we were greeted with a helpful gentleman with dark curly hair and glasses (we didn't get his name) we enjoyed breakfast and the variety on offer and as it was the actual day of the celebration, we planned to explore the city before we had to check out. We didn't see as much as hoped so planned to do so armed with our luggage as we had a train to catch and the city is unfamiliar. At checkout we were offered a luggage hold and at the time thought this was nice gesture however upon returning we witnessed one staff member trying to assist multiple guests, other staff members were at the desk but not apparently ready to assist until other arrivals after ourselves pushed in front and when we tried to ask for our luggage knowing we had to leave to try and navigate to the train station we were met with a less helpful response. This then made the celebration day and our final experience of the hotel less pleasant and we ended up having a stressful journey trying to return home. If it wasn't for Nicole on reception who assisted with the original room issues, the gesture of a balloon in the room, the staff in both the restaurant and Sky Bar then this review would be a one star. At the point when Nicole stepped in the review would have been 5/5 however based on the entire experience we rate it 3/5.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Innside Melia Liverpool :-) I booked the condo for my husband 50th with a further 5 rooms for family. The innside river view attached to the condo is great to make it a two bedrooms flat with two big bathroom, a lounge and three toilets! You also have a PS1 to play all these classic from the 90s, a fridge, Nespresso machine, a peloton bike and all record player if you bring your vinyls! The views are really lovely as you are situated under the sky bar but not just straight under! This is a bonus as you don’t hear a thing! So quiet and peaceful it’s bliss. The reception (special mention to Nathan and Ciara) were delightful and so helpful with all my different bookings and organising the whole event via phone prior to the birthday party and during our stay till check out. A big thank you for making that day so special and will be returning! Without the entire LFC team though it was quite entertaining to see so many celebrities the last two days!

We always have a good time when we stay. This time we had four rooms booked as we had other family members with us. We were greeted by Michael on reception who was very helpful when we checked in and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are lovely , clean and modern. The free drinks in the fridge are also a nice touch. Great location and there is a NCP car park next door to the hotel. This is my go to hotel when we stay in Liverpool

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Loved every minute of our stay celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Arrived to find we had been upgraded to an amazing suite on the 16th floor with a separate room complete with our own personal Peloton exercise bike! The views out over the city and the river were phenomenal (just a shame about the weather!). There were complimentary soft and alcoholic drinks in our fridge, which were replaced free of charge every day! Loved visiting the Sky Bar. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great too. Well worth paying £5 to get breakfast in bed on the final morning too. Couldn't fault a thing with our stay. Loved the hotel and loved the city too.
