We stayed for 2 nights and the rooms were spacious and clean. The area does have a lot of construction work going on, but it was really only noisy on the Thursday afternoon. It is very handy for the M&S Arena and felt safe at night. The entrance to the flat and the separate

Great location for the city but has a few let downs. The area is still a building site and the car parking very expensive. To find the reception you will need to phone when you get there. Rooms are good size and comfortable. Quite expensive for what it is probably because of

I was a little worried about staying here due to reviews but at really good price £71 for a Friday night I thought give it a try. There is a lot of building work going on .... as a car park behind the block literally blew up and burnt down with all peoples cars inside and blew

Stayed here on an overnight girls trip to Liverpool, booked by a friend. The apartments are located in an industrial area in front of the exhibition centre and as others have said the entrance is down a dark pathway, which I would not want to visit on my own. To access the

The staff on reception were friendly, but the entrance to the apartment block was weird. A bit like a multi storey car park, tucked away around a corner, dingy and musty. The corridors to the apartments left us worrying what we were in for! But the apartment, when we went

We stayed there in sept, they are great apartments and in a fab location for everything. To be honest our apartment was a bit shabby, paint peeling off the sofa (it was covered with a throw to hide it) wood flooring had gaps in it and pieces missing, dining room chairs were a bit shabby too. We did notice carpets were being fitted to other apartments when we were there, so maybe they have been refurbished by now. Just a warning, check about parking if you are driving there, they don’t have a a car park... you have to park in a multi storey car park behind the apartments and walk back. You do get it a discount price though through “the block”. I am sure it’s the same car park that was on fire a little while ago so I’m not sure if it has been reopened yet, so I would check it out beforehand. 😉

Yes but you are very central. town centre is amazing at night. Loads of bars and places to eat. ( but I would not advise staying in the block it's disgusting!)

So if I've booked one night at the block for £65 do I still have to pay the £100 deposit.?
When we checked in, we paid for the room, then they pre authorised my card for £100. This is only charged if there is damage to the room. So you don't really pay a deposit, they just hold it against your card. Hope this helps.

Yes its £200 over the weekend per apartment, only £100 during the week. This is frozen on your account for between 3-5 day after check out. No money is taken unless your charged for breaking the T&C's. If you have any more questions just phone direct on 0151 329 2970

Hi Becki, They definitely take the deposit on the day, they charge your card but they refund it 5 days later. We stayed Thursday & Friday night as a family (2 adults & kids 19 & 21), we weren't likely to be doing any partying & they still insisted on us paying it. As it's for a hen party they will ask for the full deposit to be paid in full, especially if it's at a weekend. Hope this helps & enjoy the hen party! :-)
