Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The location is good, but the room had a moisture problem. It was not possible to see out of the windows because of dew/condensation, and there was mould under one of the windows. The staff was friendly. The room was quite clean, but it was not properly cleaned under the beds, some dust and old hair on the floor.

Highly recommended this hotel! What a find! Perfect location tucked away from the main shopping streets and close enough for all the food and drink areas too. Reception rang the day prior to us checking in to ask if there was anything they could do for us, I told them we were staying for my partners birthday and on arriving to the room we found a little personalised note and chocolate for him - great touch!! Rooms are gorgeous with tall ceilings and very modern and clean The complimentary pastry and coffee in the morning was a super nice touch too. Will be retuning on our next stay to Liverpool

This was a great find and incredible value. Right in the heart of Liverpool (Liverpool One) yet tucked away quietly up a little street. Large spacious rooms and great bathroom with nice toiletries. Quiet at night. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, clean and safe. There are complimentary pastries, tea and coffee for breakfast. Thankyou for a lovely stay

Great hotel, great staff. The deluxe room was excellent. The coffee and croissant was a nice touch. The bath in 602 had space for 2 and was unexpected. The room was well turned out, great bathroom. Would recommend

A very modern, clean hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. I especially liked the small but delicious breakfast idea with croissants and coffee options. More than enough for a good start into the day.

Fantastic hotel right in city centre. Immaculate rooms, comfy bed and pillows, free pastry breakfast. Wonderful friendly helpful staff. Only stayed one night but cannot fault it. 10mins walk from Lime Street station and in the middle of L1 shopping centre. Perfect in every way .

Great hotel in a an excellent location. Very clean and bright hotel with friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Room was lovely but suggest taking a night mask if you like a dark room as some rooms back onto very bright lights. I would definitely book again.

We was a group of 20 ladies, staying for a hen weekend. The hotel is fab! Amazing location, very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and the staff are excellent. An absolute must stay in Liverpool city centre.

The hotel is tucked away yet super central. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and the room was lovely - we particularly loved the bathroom! We slept well and were surprised by how quiet our room was considering our location. Next time we're in Liverpool this is definitely where we'll stay.
