Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great hotel. Very convenient. No parking but places nearby to park overnight. Friendly staff. Room size Great for 2 adults and 2 children. Clean room. Didn't hear any other guests and location on back of hotel meant no road noise.

Disrepectful staff, setting fire alarms off every 5 minutes until I was ready to leave. I could not get ready in peace as situation with fire alarms were ongoing and I had a rude impolite staff member waiting outside my room who wouldnt stop knocking. Made my stay a misery. I would not recommend this Travelodge, I personally will not be staying here again.

Close enough to the city, 5-10 mins walk to Liverpool 1. Quiet hotel good for a great sleep especially after a big night out. Good check out time at 12,00 so nice and relaxing place to stay. In easy reach of places to get breakfast if you don't want to have Breakfast box. Small café around the corner from the hotel is a great choice for breakfast.

Literally a 4 minute walk from Liverpool Lime St station. Two big shopping precincts within a few minutes walk, and al cultural attractionsno ore than 15 min away by foot. The staff were lovely; can't praise them enough. Housecleaning was less than perfect. We used the coffee machine and ordered room service. We asked the room to be cleaned, only to return and find the dirty dishware was still in the room. I'll make a point of asking the front desk specifically for housekeeping next time. The wifi didn't work for us- we kept getting stuck on the welcome screen. We wound up using our own networks. Please don't let this deter you, though... for the locaton, and the friendliness of staff, it is excellent value for money.

Great location within 15 mins easy walk to all the main spots! Super close to the train station. Clean, warm and comfortable, check in and check out are really easy. Basic amenities in the room…TV, tea & coffee etc but perfect for a couple of nights stay. Non-guests can’t access any areas of the hotel other than reception without a room key card, and main doors need key card access after 10pm so really safe and secure. Would definitely stay again!

Everything about the hotel itself once inside was great however I did experience quite a lot of difficulty finding the place and wondered around central Liverpool in the dark being given many incorrect directions trying to find the hotel. Here is some advice - bus drivers are the best people to ask directions from - they are the most accurate.

Hotel is what you pay for. You get standard access to most that is offered, and a run of the mill box room + en suite. Location is great for Lime Street and Liverpool Central, and is close to most main roads leading to Liverpool’s landmarks.
