Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I have spent a total of 2 weeks in this hotel whilst being on training for a new job. I can’t describe how incredible the customer service is! The rooms have been clean and comfortable, the breakfast has a great variety of options and I was on the meal deal so I have tried pretty much every main course on the menu which was also really tasty, hot and great quality considering it’s a hotel. The main stand out were the staff, ALWAYS attentive, fast, accurate, friendly, knowledgeable and very customer focused. Pearce, Matthew and John D were working for the majority of my stay and along with the rest of the staff they made the stay extra special! I would absolutely recommend this hotel purely based on the customer service alone but I have 0 complaints about this experience and I would 10000% stay here again 😁

Hotel's Favourite
I booked this hotel for me wife and 2 boys to have a weekend away for my boys 13th birthday. I was not disappointed at all. The hotel was easy to find and the staff were great and check in was quick. The hotel is a little worn in places but nothing major. The main reason for writing this review is to help people not to get caught out by the parking. Premier inn have a great deal with ncp which is right across the road and cost £9 for 24 hours. There is however a car park next door which tries to catch you out and have signs such as "hotel parking" and £9 parking on the front. Dont be fooled by this. As you pull into the street, drive past the first parking garage and go to the second one which is NCP. I have attached pictures so you can see. Avoid the one with red posters and go straight past this to the second one which has yellow signage. When you check out, the hotel staff will swipe your car park ticket which validates the £9 charge otherwise its £23 I think it was.

This Premier Inn was one of the best I have stayed in for service and overall good vibes with regards room / cleanliness. The staff were utterly amazing and really supportive when we had a health issue with an elderly member of our party.

The price is very reasonable for this hotel, especially for the location. Very comfortable beds and lovely staff. The only issue was that the WiFi was very slow and kept disconnecting which meant we struggled to use the internet while we were in the room.

Amazing experience. Clean pleasant reception, helpful friendly staff. Room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. We were a group of 16 ‘ladies’ celebrating a 50th birthday. Big shout out to tall Ryan. Absolute star. So friendly and welcoming. Even came onto the mini bus to help us with our luggage. Can’t praise him and the hotel enough

Lovely time with my family. My 4 yr old grandson loved the staff attention for his birthday, especially the little gift they gave. Everyone was so helpful. The rooms were spotless and comfy, although I miss the little touch of an armchair. We had a lovely stay!

We returned to this hotel for our second visit, the place is great, rooms spot on and breakfast is brilliant. Linda who was looking after the resturaunt was non stop , seating tables, sorting tables for cleaning, keeping the younger staff up to the pace of the job. She then helped us store our cases in the reception area, before dashing off back to the resturaunt to carry on m aking sure guests were looked after.
