Very friendly staff at reception and well appointed room. A bit noisy but this is inevitable given the Hotel's location in the heart of the City's leisure/restaurant area. One thing to remember is there is a charge for car parking of £10 with limited spaces available.

great restaurant and comfy bar area, nice rooms, professional and attentive staff. Handy for the university, cathedrals, philharmonic, Bold street and town. one of the best places to stay in Liverpool.

Stayed here for a conference. We were a party of 6. When we got to the hotel about 330pm the rooms were not ready and we had to sit in the bar for 2 hours waiting. They gave us one drink voucher per person. Nice idea but not satisfactory after a long journey. Once rooms were ready you couldn't fault...

First visit was incredible. Second visit we were informed of a £20 "deep cleaning" charge for taking our dogs which we'd not been advised about the first time or on booking. Sadly, the room had clumps of dog hair/dust under the furniture so obviously hadn't had a recent deep clean that someone had paid for😡. The room wasn't that clean...

This was our first city break as a family, and were delighted with the choice of hotel we made. The staff were excellent, friendly, attentive and accommodating especially for our son who has Autism.
