The stay was amazing. I went for business but also happened to be my birthday whilst there. They provided me with an early check-in and accommodated me with a lovely Birthday and and voucher. The The room was amazing and so was my room I could not complain. 24Hr staff there to be on hand at all time and the white bar was perfect. Decor is so modern and on point.

Easy check-in. Clean and comfortable room. Good shower but loo flush efficacy a bit questionable. However, one big failing, the a/c. There is no control over it whatever. A pointless box with meaningless symbols and ineffectual temperature adjustment let down all the good stuff about this hotel. All the more critical since the windows don't open.

1 hour queue to check in? Terrible didn’t moan to the guy at check in out of courtesy, but terrible service, 2 people on the bar opposite but literally 1 person on check in. Breakfast was brilliant but just all sort of brought don by the introduction.

Wow what a horrible experience I’ve just had What was suppose to be a lovly valentines weekend , we came and stayed hear and what sounded like a dog crying all night kept us awake after going down to speak to reception about this we was told to come back 3hrs later to speak to manager and when my partner did he was spoken to awful basically called a lier they said that no one was in the room next door when that’s not what first guy had said , the manager with his vile attitude and poor customer service was so very rude about this £180 to stay in a hotel were the housing are putting up drug users and other people for free sitting in hotel bar in dressing gowns ! Certainly not the luxury experience promoted please if you have any sense do not stay hear !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After all the arguments with the vile rude manager we have been left £180 down for an awful awful night disgrace

We booked a mini break to take in the sites of Liverpool. The first impression was ok however the entrance was littered with cigarette ends and rubbish which was a bit off putting. The room was spacious but the mattress had a bad stain and had a cigarette burn. Breakfast was stone cold. On the positive side the hotels location was good and everything else was fine

Very Polite and helpful staff nothing was too much trouble for them. However the bedrooms was far too hot No option to turn off the heating and no windows that opened had 2 nights of no sleep. I did speak to staff who tried to assist and turn the bedroom heating off but wasn't able to do so brought us 2 small electric fans. There was only plug sockets available by the dressing table which was too far away from the bed so the fans didn't serve their purpose either The swimming pool area needs some attention To the walls and the spiral metal staircase down to the pool is very dangerous Treatments was lovely and girls was very polite Throughly enjoyed the Beatles Tour Bus Trip And the city of Liverpool is beautiful 😍

40 minutes to check in, no gluten free options for dinner (ended up having to have £28 steak without sauce and substandard chips) and had to eat at a coffee table! Very noisy at night in my room due to weird layout where all floors are open to the bar noise. Staff were decent and breakfast ok but no gluten free toaster and limited options. Coffee was awful had to go to Costa. Really bad experience

Still waiting to book in. Was told when we dropped luggage not to book in before four as hotel fully booked. Arrived at 4. Only one check in clerk and a queue of about 20 couples/families waiting to book in. Asking for manager was told not available and this is not the first time this has happened. So far waited 40 mins still 5 people in front of us.

A lovely hotel in a great location although an upgrade is needed in terms of USB & plug sockets etc. staff were super helpful and the standard of cleanliness was very good. We didn’t have breakfast although it looked busy enough. We will definitely revisit.

Lovely hotel shame room wasn’t very clean. Cup marks and long black hair in bathroom. I’m dark blonde btw. Steam room wasn’t working which was disappointing. The staff were extremely helpful and gave you personalised service. If I’d of complained I’m sure someone on desk if it hadn’t been 2.30 am would have changed the bed or given me a different room. Breakfast was ok.
