This was booked as it was near a venue we needed to get to. Not suitable for people with mobility issues, steep narrow stairs, shared shower rooms (our nearest was 2 flights down), worn stair carpet, hand towels for 3 guests, a small queen size bed not a double, 2 glasses the size of shot glasses, no tea making facilities,...

The bed was comfy and there were snacks in the rooms. Those are the only two positives, along with the low price you can expect by staying here. I stayed 3 nights and was glad I only slept in this room. The rooms are incredibly small, with the main problem being super thin walls and the small room giving you...

Having read all the negative reviews me and my friends were all dreading arriving at Liverpool lodge, we arrived and checked in, the lady was really helpful told us we would be staying in there guest house which was 150 yards down the road. The rooms were basic but clean, the double bed were comfy not so sure about the...

I couldn't have recommended this place more with great bar staff and a great atmosphere but it now seems that it has been sold off and is set to be changed into residential properties. Truly is such a shame!

My Mother paid for my husband and myself to have dinner and Prosecco at the Hilton in Liverpool for our wedding anniversary. It was a Christmas present. We live 25 miles away from Liverpool so my husband as a surprise booked this place so we could make the most of the evening and stay over. He thought it was a...

Rooms were clean but I was disappointed to find a used condom on top of the wardrobe. The mattress was so thin it was softer sleeping on the floor. The beds are small with inadequate pillows provided. The room was lit all night by the hallway lights shining through the large window above the door. One bathroom which is shared...

PROS: Cheap, clean, great location for nights out (walking distance/ short taxi ride to city centre), breakfast was good (loads to choose from and plenty of it), snacks & drinks were left out in our room (which we thought was a nice touch), decor was kinda cool too. CONS: Little bit noisy (but we did stay on a Saturday night),...

We booked this 'B&B' last minute as we needed somewhere to stay in Liverpool for the weekend. The place seemed OK and reasonably priced although I wished that I had read the reviews before booking! This place is way overpriced for what it is The rooms are very small and the walls are really thin so you can hear everyone...
