Disaster. Rooms were far from clean with very few items stocked. No mugs at all. All surfaces were dirty. Windows/blinds didn’t work and a huge hike up stairs with large bags. Couch filthy. My elderly parents were in a room with the living area in the basement which stank due to the shower leaking and the carpets were soaked. Their room was on the Main Street with people smoking & drinking directly outside. Customer service woeful - zero communication or help with check in and over two weeks later we are still waiting for 250 pound security deposit to be returned. Completely unacceptable and we are having to chase daily.

I took my husband here for his birthday and we had a brilliant time. The room was clean, spacious and the bed was massive. The the staff were amazing. Katie was so helpful. I don't know Liverpool and she gave me a list of places to try and to go too. She also helped me by decorating the room as a surprise for my husband. Thankyou again Katie and the girls. We can't wait to go back 😊

Worst ever. No internet. No sheets. Worst behaviour ever. Pictures nothing like rlthe real apt. we went to the different address for check in . And after calling them they said is not there mistake is bookking mistake. We were walking with 4 luggages for hundred og meters. Avoid by all means

No wifi, room not cleaned in 5 days, no reception, no breakfast. Location is good, close to Bold st. But too expensive. Have breakfast at Lock & Key in Duke Street, 1 min walk. Better still, stay at their hotel.

What an amazing hotel stopped here a few times booked in for one night ended up booking another night room was amazing bed was super comfortable slept like a baby me and my partner came for a break from our pub we run and I couldn’t fault it staff at the epic club house friendly and that’s what made me book another night be seeing you later

No reception as in description. Contact number no longer in use. Number provided on wall outside apartment answered by someone who knew nothing regarding accessing apartment. Unable to gain access. Had to pay for another apartment. Staff contacted via website sent us on wasted journey as couldn't find location

Hi, just checked out of your apartment on duke street. The room was leaking all night right above the bed. I have sent a video with the evidence. I would like to request full refund on the room. I also would like my deposit of £50.00 back as soon as possible.. Do not book this apartment, roof was actually leaking onto the bed. Asked about the WiFi password and the response was “it doesn’t work so you don’t need it” check in was fine until they sent us to the wrong building. I sent the above email and was offered a free stay?! Why would I want to stay with them again.

We received an email with clear instructions of where to pick up the room key, however being new to the area it was difficult to locate, one phone call later and we had found the building. Check in was simple although worth noting they require a large security deposit. Our apartment was close to the reception about a 5 minute walk. For the price we were very impressed. A separate kitchen/living area fully equipped. Clean modern bathroom. Bedroom clean and comfortable large beds. You do get a fair bit of noise but didn’t disturb sleep. Could do with a paint and refresh but isn’t dirty
