Checked in by Ben, who was polite and well presented, all the staff looked great- very easy identifiable by the red jackets were great. I got to the hotel and hour or so early as the room was ready, I was allowed to check in, I had upgraded from a king room to a superior king room, but I’m not sure what I got from the upgrade, no bath robes in the room, no mini bar, no bottle water, but nevertheless my room was clean, very comfortable and although I could hear noises from a couple across the hall 🙈, my stay was very pleasant. The blackout blinds were very good, air conditioning nice and quiet and I made the most of the pool by booking a swim. It’s a good hotel and a great location. I have booked for the platinum jubilee.

Had a great experience of staying at Park plaza waterloo in london. The staff is very courteous and polite and breakfast quite nice. Mary at Reception was wonderful had the patience to get me a room of my choice subject to availability and helped me with a smile. And kept checking to ensure I was comfortable. I live in London, Kennington, 5 minutes from this hotel, I went to stay with my little baby. Because we had work on at home... I chose this hotel but it was a bad decision to stay there. The service is terribly starting from reception, . and the room service even worse I couldn't believe how they can take advantage of people. I have never given my son food from room services but being in a hotel I wanted to give him an experience. I ordered from kids menu a fish fingers with peas. I only arrive the fish fingers full of oil and some ships very cold they forgot the peas, I called room service and the person who answered the phone didn't even know the menu. he said would be send in 5 minutes and it never arrived on top they charged me on my credit card how I let in reception details I couldn't believe how bad they are. Makes me feel a thief . also the room was very dirty, the sheets were stained from poo . I must say that I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.…

My wife treated our 14 year old son and I to a joint birthday weekend at this lovely Hotel - Park Plaza London Waterloo. I had stayed at the Park Plaza County Hall previously and loved it, so I was looking forward to this trip. On every level, this Hotel exceeded my expectations. There were balloons, a cake, happy birthday card in the room for us on arrival - a lovely surprise. the attention we received all weekend from the team was impeccable - check-in was friendly and efficient and we even left our bags on our last day while we toured London. Concierge was great with advice and directions. Breakfast was lovely - great range of food, no delay as everything was on a buffet - even a very good coffee machine so I could have my morning flat white. My son is a vegetarian, and he was very well catered for. The location is the real draw here though - on our 1st day, we walked form the Hotel to Westminster bridge, Big ben, houses of parliament, buckingham palace, piccadilly, winter wonderland, harrods, science museum and back via tube to Lambeth North - the hotel is literally outside the station. We had a view of the shard from our bedroom window, which fascinated my son. day 2, we started with the London eye and continued down the river all the way to tower of london via Tate modern, shakespeare's globe, 'harry potter' bridge, borough market, the shard. We used the swimming pool 1 evening which was a real bonus, especially after all the steps we walked! I loved the black out blinds in the bedroom aswell - best i've ever had in a Hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel - absolutely perfect for us and I look forward to visiting again.…

HELLO. I M KATIUSCIA AND I was in your hotel WITH my husband Fabio until yesterday. Happy to spend a nice London weekend we found a beautiful hotel.
