Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Vesela & Siva were very kind to me this night. They were very confiding with us and they were very understanding. Without them at the reception I would’ve been very confused. Really appreciate them soo much and my favourite workers at the hotel 100% all the time 👍👍

A great place to stay if you want to be close to London but not in it. Lovely rooms and staff. A car park too. Breakfast was amazing especially the red berries. Note that if ypu require decaf tea then take your own. Everything else was great.

Fabulous staff, clean rooms and beautiful new refit to bar/restaurant area. We always stay here as its only 30 mins into West End on Tube (3 mins walk) but also offers parking onsite. The best travelodge in London in our opinion.

My recent stay truly lived up to the old adage, "Does what it says on the tin." The accommodation was clean and offered great value for money. A useful tip for future visitors: the entrance is located down the side street, which might save you some time if you're trying to locate the place upon arrival. The staff were notably friendly, contributing positively to the overall experience. For those planning a visit during the summer months and appreciate a bit of fresh air, I would recommend requesting a room at the back. This little tip can ensure a more pleasant stay, especially if you're inclined to keep a window open for the night breeze - will help with the noise from the trains. Overall, my experience was decidedly positive, marked by cleanliness, value, and hospitable service.

We stayed a week here. Very friendly welcome. The hotel had clearly had refurbishment work done recently and was in excellent condition. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Good strong shower. Tube station less than five minutes away. Good choice of shops and eating places close by.
