Due to every Train in the North into Euston being cancelled there was no way I could get to the hotel. I (foolishly) thought they might show a bit of compassion and refund... NO REFUND at all. So, it's cost me £300 for nothing. The hotel blame Booking.com as that's where the booking was made, booking.com tried to negotiate a...

Pros: Very convenient for kings cross st Pancras, and the circle line and Hammersmith and city line, and bus stops, so it's easy to get about London as well as get out of it. There is a nice place for breakfast along the road at Karpo (having seen the quality of furnishings in the hotel I decided not to risk...

Lovely hotel. Clean and tidy rooms, breakfast available, tea and coffee facilities available in the room. Location could not be better; literally straight across the road from the entrance to Kings Cross. Ideal for tourists. I was so happy with the hotel (and the price) until the day I checked out when I was told they wouldn't hold my bags...

This hotel is not pretentious in fact the public areas are underwhelming, however the rooms are clean and upgraded; the breakfast was plentiful and varied; the WiFi free and with good bandwidth; the bathroom adequate and the shower powerful; the air conditioning in the room hot or cold as you like. The location is very convenient. My room as at...

I stayed in this hotel because it was in a fantastic location, affordable price and the owners don't care what happens inside the room. Privacy is the number one priority for me being a dominatrix so the fact the owners just leave you alone when you are in your room is perfect for me. This particular stay I pushed the...

Great location, small basic rooms which were clean and smartly presented. Absolutely fine to use as a base if you're out and about during the day. An old creaky building so we found it to be quite noisey at night when people are walking around on the floor above, I'd recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Just be...

Conveniently located just across the road from Kings Cross and St Pancras, this is a clean but pretty basic hotel. Unfortunately, due to its location and lack of decent windows, you get to hear the constant noise of car horns right outside. The downside of the convenient location I guess... My only real complaint is regarding the breakfast. Our booking...

We stayed here as a group of 6 for a girls weekend! From start to finish it was amazing . Fab hotel so central and right beside the underground with quick access to anywhere. Rooms were lovely and spacious and comfortable. Staff were exceptionally nice especially Peter . He was an absolute gentleman. Will definitely return 👌

In the thick of the action. Picked this hotel for 1 night stay after arriving on the Eurostar & heading out from Kings Cross the following day. Easy to locate, clean, spacious for London in the family room, good internet & had a lift!! Check in & out was easy. Would recommend for short stay.
