Two of us stayed at Castletown House for a week at the end of October. We were thrilled with its very convenient location, just 100 metres from the main road with the West Kensington shopping strip which included cafes, grocery stores, a couple of take away shops, hotels and underground with Barons Court underground also nearby. This area is not... More

4 adults spent 3 nights here in the 2 bedroom down the road and around the corner from the main building situated at 11 Castletown. It was an easy ride to and from London via the West Kensington station. A quiet neighbourhood that felt very safe. Grocery stores, restaurants and pubs were nearby, on the main street - 1 or... I stayed 3 nights in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment was furnished beautifully and very clean. It was spacious (although the bathroom was small but more than adequate). The kitchen was great and a washing machine was very welcomed. It was in a great location, just a few minutes walk from West Kensington tube station (district line) or a... More

Very comfortable and clean appartment with all you need. The studio is in nice typical English house and in calm location with easy access to public transport. I also recommend this accommodation because of very good value for the price. I especially thank you to Mark and the man who delivered my jeans I forgot there to my friend. Thank... More

Wonderful place to stay for my first visit in London. Beautiful cosy apartment with everything I needed. Washing machine/dryer was very handy. Having a stove microwave toaster and kettle made staying at Castletown so easy. Very clean, beautiful little European apartment in a nice quite part of the city. As a young lady on a solo overseas trip, I felt... More

Booking and planning was made easy with the help of Mark, who was even present to let us in the flat early Sunday morning. The flats are clean, well appointed and comfortable. The nearby (2 blocks away) West Kensington underground station allows easy access to most all of London including to and from Gatwick airport. The flat is located in... More

My husband & I spent 4 nights in Studio Apartment (located in basement). We had everything we required to make our stay comfortable. Mark, the owner, was very welcoming & helpful, showing us how to use the various appliances, etc. The small problem we had with TV was fixed promptly. Castletown House is excellent! The staff is incredibly accommodating. The building and area are quiet and it's an easy walk to the West Kensington station. Highly recommend it for short or extended stays!! This will be the place I stay for all of my future visits to London.
