Revisiting this stay in my mind embarks on an extremely dark period of my life. However, I felt compelled as a Good Samaritan to inform others of this horrifying experience. A never ending narrowing staircase was reminiscent of Alice in Wonderland as well as bed bugs that put wild beetles to shame. My room door was about 4ft high and...

Visited with my husband, great location for christmas shopping right round the corner from Oxford street. Nice quiet and clean. Very cheap right in the middle of Paddington. Would defiantly recommend.

Hello, I stayed here for a weekend with a friend as we were getting some stuff for Christmas and to have a merry drink or two. Happy place with alright sleep. Had some toast in the morning and a tea which was nice. The staff gave me a map which saved us some money on a few restaurants. Room was...

I visited this hotel with 2 friends of mine for bonfire night, we didn't want to spend much as we were only there for two nights. We managed to do so much more for the price we paid because the location was amazing right in the middle of Paddington, even had breakfast included, we Saw the fireworks, we literally walked...

Disgusting 'family room' in a damp smelly basement. 4 different sized single beds, toilet didn't flush, TV was stuck on bbc2 and no remote available, fridge no where near a plug socket, no drink facilities, just awful!!!! Hoping breakfast could start us off for a busy day in London but a dingy room with small tables and nasty plastic chairs...

We decided to have a weekend in London and as this hotel is central decided to give it a try. We did not expect the Ritz as this is clearly a budget hotel. We are surprised by reading bad reviews because our experience was enjoyable. We had a clean room and used the hotel only for sleeping. We did not eat...

Worst stay of my life, couldn't get into my room because of a rat and then it ran into under someones elses door. So many on the stair cases. The place smelt and everything was in poor condition. needs to be renovated asap.

Don't let the pictures or the entrance desk fool you. The hotel is in serious need of renovations and upgrades. The staff are very friendly. The room itself was okay at best: the head of the bed was badly scratched and the leather was peeling off; the bed only had one thin sheet between the cover and the mattress; the...

The hotel looks good, but does not have certain services such as the toilet in the room (located on each floor being for shared use), there is instead the shower and a sink. Recommended for those who is not too demanding. One bad thing is the smell of smoke that unfortunately feels after being away for the whole day
