Positive I got a free change of room/bed as the single bed is not even 1.90 m long and I was too tall to fit the bed. Close to the tube/train station. But rather too close see below. The (big) fresh fluffy pan cake for breakfast. No carpet on the floor in the room. Just wooden

Summary: If am again in need of business accommodations close to Waterloo station, I would stay here again. I would not bring my wife here for a leisure visit as the room/bathroom is just too tiny. It is near the rail lines and above a pub—there is some noise from both. If you

Nice decor, quite 'pub-y' vibe, average prices, nice crowd, polite staff. Very easy to locate, just opposite the tube station. Overall alright, I'd go again for a drink or two. Only thing that was a bit weird is the table placement, especially the large round table just in

The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the Royal Festival Hall and the South Bank lots of festive happening on there. Also the Waterloo tube station is just across the road.

When you arrive they will take your luggage and then when your room is ready they will check you in. They serve breakfast so they are there early in the morning. Depending on which airport your coming in and if you have to go thru customs it may take longer than you think to get there. But it is a great location being so close to the Waterloo underground. They were very accommodating. Just to point out, there is no elevator so you will have to lug all your bags up spiraling stairs.

"Think all rooms are noisy. Busy street, some noisy outside customers."
"There is no elevator, so if you can't do stairs, request a first floor room. If you're sensitive to noise, request a higher floor."
