On arrival we were greeted by the rudest woman with attitude. She was so abrupt gave us no information at all no enjoy your stay nothing. You pass the staff in the morning no good morning they don’t even give you a sideways glance. The room was spotlessly clean with good air conditioning large TV and great bathroom/shower. The room was very small with no window which made the room dark gloomy and claustrophobic. Bed was comfortable but came with only one thin pillow. The area the hotel is situated in is perfect very quiet as was the hotel itself. No tea making facilities in the room which we though was a little odd. We have since found out that there is complementary tea and coffee available at the bar, we were not told this on arrival by the woman we checked us in!! Check out was just as bad took the key card and said nothing didn’t ask if we enjoyed our stay absolutely no words were exchanged!! So never again I’m afraid the hotel had good points but the Staff really need to have a better attitude!!!

Hotel's Favourite
I stayed here for a couple of nights mainly based on the location. I was really impressed - great location, very competitive price, well equipped modern room - and free coffee. I was so impressed that I’ve changed my next two hotel bookings to stay here instead.

I have never stayed in a hub before but wow was I surprised. The location was perfect with everything in walking distance such as the attractions. The room was just what we needed for two, with modern technology, and so much storage! The tv came with films already on and with apps too. The bar area was so cosy and most importantly the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The whole hotel was spotless and we did not have an issue with anything. Would definitely stay here again when visiting London.

We stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the hotel is in a great location close to St James' Park and Westminster Tube Stations but also a short walk to Parliament & Westminster Abbey. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, there was a fair continental breakfast selection, my only issue is that the area is quite small so felt cramped at busy periods and there was a long queue for the single coffee machine - however food was replenished frequently and the staff were working hard to provide a good service. The rooms are small in the Hubs, so don't be expecting a normal sized Premier Inn room but they have made great use of the space provided and we didn't feel cramped although were were only there with hand luggage, it might be different if you had a couple of big suitcases. The bed was excellent, we had a great night's sleep. Our only small complaint was that the bin wasn't emptied in the bathroom prior to our arrival but it was so minor that we didn't mention it, I'm sure it there would've been no problem getting it changed. Another hook would be good for a 2nd towel but again, hardly the end of the world.

I stayed one night and had not used a Hub hotel before so wasn’t sure what I would find. What a lovely surprise! Extremely efficient and courteous staff, a beautifully designed room, stylish and spacious shower, blackout blinds that really worked and a superbly comfy king sized bed. The rooms are smaller than in a regular hotel but so well thought out and I was out all day so just needed a place to sleep and recharge my batteries. I had paid for breakfast, which was great value; basic but good. The small lounge area was very cosy and smart and as a woman travelling alone I felt perfectly safe and at ease sitting in it, which I don’t always in large hotels. A brilliant location too. In a couple of minutes you’re in Parliament Square or St James’s Park and a stone’s throw from the tube. An absolute winner for me. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the great team working here.
