close to the underground and busses, but still very quite- like an island in this busy town. The rooms are very small, but modern furnished and cosy -and also very clean. The breakfast is excellent, espacially the fantastic fruitsalad. Kanley and David are very cordially and work hard to make you feel like a home from home.

With their willingness to accommodate our change in plans, we were able to have one of the double ensuite rooms for 2 of our 3 night stay - complete with a brand new huge bed! Can't beat that service! Shining clean and bright, the room was a delight. Easy to access Vauxhall...

Breakfast was great in quantity and quality (enough to keep you going until 14 hrs for sure). You also have some snacks (well priced) at your room in case...

Location: WE initially thought Vauxhall was not that well situated South of the banks. Boy were we wrong. The B&B is about 8 mins walk (with kid...

Enjoyed the stay in an apartment. We had been staying in triple rooms in each location for the two weeks in England. Our last B&B was 69TheGrove and was an apartment with four bedrooms, kitchen, living room. It was so nice to be able to 'stretch out'. The B&B offered us English breakfast each morning and was only a block...
