Big flat screen TV, Power showers, with Fluffy Towels there shower gel. Room temperature control. Free in room movies. I did watch 2 movies there. This is Top-Notch hotel wonderful friendly staff. It's a nice new building just few min walk to King's cross station. You can get Free tea/coffee from the restaurant. Thanks Patricio for making the tea for me. I will be back again

Hotel's Favourite
I had to stay in central London as I had a late shift into an early shift. As I had to leave the hotel at 0550 I asked the receptionist when I arrived if I could have a breakfast takeaway in the morning as breakfast didn't start until 0730. She said she'd do what she could and lo and behold the next morning there were no less than 3 staff to greet me and offer me a sausage or/and bacon bap, croissant, yogurt and pain au chocolat to go. I was offered a coffee - although I couldn't take it with me in my cab as they had no takeaway cups - and all 3 asked if they could get me anything else and I left with cheery smiles. Amazing for 0550 on a Sunday morning. I've stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world and this was like the very best. The room was clean, airy and bright. It was small but just what I needed for 6 hours kip. The monsoon shower was good and the smart TV awesome - I was amazed I could watch films from my phone on the screen. The light and a/c control by my bedhead was brilliant and the air conditioning was one of the best I've experienced in the UK. The only quibble was that the hand soap attached to the wall was right across the other side of the bathroom to the sink and towel. For an amazing £45.50 though I experienced the kind of service that I have elsewhere for many times that price.

Myself and my husband stayed here for two nights. Our main purpose of the trip was to get always and see all the sights, so staying in a hotel we wanted somewhere clean not to expensive and close to everything...... this place was much more. 5 mins walk from kings cross train station and on arrival we were met with a warm friendly welcome and even better we were upgraded to a bigger room. The hotel was immaculate and smelt amazing. The room was everything you needed from a kings size bed, large TV, monsoon shower and wardrobe with non or the unnecessary things you could do without plus it was warm. We booked for breakfast for both mornings and with Covid it was order of the menu but you could eat as much as you like.... the coffee was great as well as the bacon sandwich. The staff we extremely friendly and went out there way to help you. If your looking for a hotel which is reasonable price, clean, warm and close to everything then I would recommend this place. Thank you for our stay.

Excellent staff, but always wanted to try out a Hub by Premier Inn. From my initial online booking, and subsequent phone call, the staff at this establishment are first class. Firstly,I realised I had booked the room for the wrong night, but thinking I couldn’t change it,had to rebook for the night before-the staff cheerfully amended my booking for the correct night. The only problem I had with the room I was allocated-which I mentioned to the staff, when I was checking out-was the lighting system, there’s a control panel behind the pillows,of the bed, from there, you’re supposed to be able to control the different lighting modes, but the problem I kept having was I kept having to put the room on a minimum light mode during the night, but upon moving in bed all the lights kept coming back on in all their splendour,I had put it down to lack of experience, but a member of staff told me that the problem, would be looked at later today by a member of their maintenance team, after I had checked out. The bed was very comfortable and the other room facilities all were clean and worked very well. I nevertheless give this 5 stars because of their excellent staff !!

Service has been out of this world. It was good the last time we stayed but this time we felt part of a big family with the staff. Lara rang us the day before we arrived to explain the new covid procedure. She was super efficient and we saw her brilliance in action during our stay. Cornelia checked us in and she was great. Upgraded us because the television in our room was not working. The next day we had Christina at reception who then doubled up as waitress and chef or should we say, tripled up? There was Cara and Patricio in catering and they were so friendly. Rooms were immaculate! We had a most memorable stay with such superb staff who genuinely know what hospitality is all about.
