Lovely hotel, staff were very friendly and the room was just what we needed for a one night stay. The pub downstairs is very nice and we didn’t hear any noise from our room. Great location. If we return to the area will stay again.

Booked this hotel for a one night’s stay in Camden as we were going to a gig at The Roundhouse. The hotel & pub is right opposite so there’s no walking long distances to get back afterwards. You check in at the front of the bar in the pub and we were greeted by a lovely Irish girl who showed us the way to the room. We were on the 1st floor, room 101, which was lovely although no windows as such but there is a skylight we discovered as we were leaving the next day! Bed comfy, great pillows, tea & coffee facilities, hairdryer, bathroom with shower , basin and roomy shower. All toiletries provided. Room was clean and modern and above a really nice pub which served a good breakfast at a reasonable price. Would defo stay here again although it was slightly more pricey than we are used to. Staff were friendly. Only downside was someone was smoking in their room and set the smoke alarm off and for over half an hour they solidly sounded as the staff couldn’t work out how to reset the alarm. Our ears were glad when it stopped!…

We came down for one night as we were at a gig at the Roundhouse. The hotel is a prime location for Camden, its decor is lovely, is clean and well equipped. The staff were so helpful in assisting me for our disabled daughter. We had a great sleep and the beds were comfortable. It is on a main road so obviously there’s some noise to be expected so I always take earplugs anyway.. Our room was spacious with plenty tea coffee and milk and a bottle of water each. The bar is cool with some great local characters. Great service and the breakfast was lovely. We will be coming back here.

Handy for Camden and conveniently located opposite Chalk Farm tube station but that's about it. Sometimes the rates aren't that bad for London (which are generally ridiculous) but you get what you pay for. My room was very small, not dissimilar in size to Premier Inn Hub rooms. There were hairs on the bed, in between the towels (which is a first for me – how did housekeeping manage/not notice that?) and in the shower. I also had some concerns about the cleanliness of the bed linen too. The rooms are above the pub and you have to check-in at the bar. I probably waited for 10 minutes to check-in while other patrons, who'd arrived after I had, were served their drinks. Once checked-in you'll be handed a key card and pointed in the rough direction of the stairs to the rooms with barely a word uttered. I could've raised these issues with the staff but I didn't see the point as fortunately I was only there for one night, and it's highly unlikely that I'll ever return. The main thing I want from a hotel room is for it to be clean, hence the rating.…

Would thoroughly recommend a stay here. A stones throw away from all you’d need in Camden. The pub itself is great and the accommodation I couldn’t fault. It was modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. They also do a mean sausage bap and eggs Benedict as per of their breakfast menu. You’ll not be disappointed 😊

This is the second time I’ve stayed here, good old English pub with modern style of bedrooms upstairs. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the room was ready for us when we arrived. We had English breakfast with plenty of food and eggs Benedict which was delicious. It’s in an easy access from the tube ( across the road) and so is the round house.

We booked this friendly and lovely place for a weekend. Staff was very supportive, room was clean and well equipped, large enough for a weekend. Windows well insulated against chatter in this busy area. The pub downstairs serves tasty breakfast and meals throughout the day. Highly recommendable if you want to stay in Camden Town.

Just spent two lovely nights in this smart hotel above a pub, a few steps from Chalk Farm tube. Whilst it's situated a few yards from the Market, it's somehow just out of the chaos of Camden High Street and surprisingly quiet (or at least it was this weekend as there wasn't anything on at the Roundhouse). Yes, there's noise from nearby pubs, as you'd expect in the city, but the double glazing shuts it out pretty well. We had a Superior room, which was spotless, spacious and light, with aircon to keep us cool, a very comfy bed and nice bathroom with walk-in shower. We had a separate entrance from the pub with card entry, so it felt safe and private. Breakfast (not included in the rate but really good value) has options including vegetarian and vegan cooked breakfasts and lighter options. I had the granola, yoghurt, honey and fruit which was delicious. Also the best espresso I have had for a long while. The staff are friendly and really helpful (shout out to bearded breakfast man!), and check in and out is online. It's not cheap, but nowhere is in London any more, and to be in such a great location in such a nice room is totally worth it. …
