At Camden Enterprise Hotel, opinions on value are divided, with some guests finding it reasonably priced for London while others view it as costly given the amenities. The service garners both accolades for staff friendliness and criticism over occasional rudeness. Room responses vary, with commendations for cleanliness and comfort but concerns about size and amenities.
Cleanliness throughout is highly praised. The hotel's location is popular for its convenience to attractions, despite some noise issues. Amenities, including breakfast and comfortable beds, are appreciated, though there are occasional Wi-Fi complaints.

Detailed Reviews
We were coming to London for a concert in Camden and wanted to find somewhere local to stay so we could make a weekend of it.
The Camden Enterprise is a five minute walk from the venue and was just a lovely place to stay, the rooms are decorated to a high standard and the beds are very comfortable and a good night sleep is definitely what we had!
The bathroom is modern with a huge selection of fresh clean white towels with complimentary toiletries. As well as coffee and tea and bottled water.
They even do cooked breakfast which was reasonably priced and set us up for the rest of the day!
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anybody looking for a cozy night in the heart of Camden.

My wife booked us into the Camden Enterprise Hotel as a birthday treat and what a lovely treat it turned out to be. The reception is located in the bar and we were greeted warmly. We had a Deluxe Double room which wasn't massive but adequate for our needs and it was immaculately clean. There's complimentary soap, shampoo, tea, coffee etc
The room was very quiet and we never heard a thing
Breakfast was served in the bar which was a nice area and there were several choices including a vegetarian English breakfast.
The location is great with Chalk Farm Underground station a 1 minute walk away and only 2 stops from Euston Station. Camden High Street and Camden Market are on the door step. London zoo is a 20 minute walk away
The bar has great beers and cocktails but a bit expensive for us northerners. The Staff at both the hotel and bar were great and helped us with our enquiries
The wife managed to get a good deal when booking which was a bonus
Thank you for a most welcoming and friendly stay we wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others

Stayed at the hotel as attend an event at the Roundhouse ( ideal location just across the road)
The ‘hotel’ section is at the back of a pub . The room was nicely decorated & very clean . Large bed, powerful shower , toiletries in the bathroom, tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary bottles of water. We were on the 3rd floor which only had skylight windows ( which didn’t bother us but might be an issue for some people) . The floor in the room was very slippy so needed to be careful when walking around.
Breakfast wasn’t included but it was very nice & reasonably priced.
All in all a really nice place to stay and great location.
No parking at the hotel , but used a parking app and parked on a drive 5 minutes away , which was great.

I booked 1 night here for a work trip. The rate was pretty good for London, especially for somewhere just 5-10 mins walk from everything in Camden Town and opposite a tube station.
My room, while tastefully furnished, was quite small and, on arrival, decidedly chilly. The heating only seems to work if your key card is in the key card switch, so when you go out, the room goes cold again. The lights on the corridors operate on a motion sensor but this is quite slow so you end up in the gloom for a few seconds before they come on. And the lift is painfully slow. Some of the these features undoubtedly save energy and help the environment but I think they could be thought through better.
The bed was new and comfortable and the room quiet. Once the room had warmed up, I slept well.
Breakfast was fine, though served in the pub below which smelt slightly of stale beer and was, like the bedroom, distinctly chilly.
Maybe a hotel for the summer months ?!

Camden Enterprise Hotel is in a great location for tubes into central London as well as local venues - we were there for the O2 Forum Kentish Town. Great rooms which are well equipped and although on the small side, have everything needed including a comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast served in the bar downstairs was good. Our room was on floor 2 and were not impacted by any noise from the bar downstairs. Lift available to bedroom floors and staff on duty overnight - staff are also friendly and helpful. 2nd time used, and would use again. The hotel also moved an original pre-covid booking twice, even though not transferrable.

+1
Lovely clean modern hotel with all you could wish for on your doorstep !! We stayed in room 301 on the 3rd floor the room was lovely and comfy and quite large for a London location . Staff we came across were all lovely even coming to fix our shower immediately when we reported it was overflowing . Only a few things which are silly niggles but worth mentioning , the sliding door to the bathroom was really grubby not sure if when it’s open you can’t see but it was not nice . And In the shower the seal was mouldy which was a bit grubby . We had fresh bottled water every day we stayed and our room was cleaned every day . Highly recommend this hotel as I know places close by charge over £300 a night so this place is a gem! We will be back for sure!

First impressions were good. Room was nice and clean however I arrived in a downpour of rain and was drenched just wanting a warm shower. The only towel in the bathroom was a dirty hand towel so i had to call down to reception to get fresh towels for the bathroom.
There were tea and coffee making facilities however there was no milk so again when i called down to reception I was told they don't do room service. I don't want room service I simply want milk for coffee. I couldn't get the room heating to work to try and dry off my clothes I did however manage to get the towel rail to work which was a good job since the towel for the floor was completely wet through because the shower screen was too small and the water from the shower flooded the bathroom floor. Nicely decorated however the attention to detail leaves a lot to be desired., the cleaning staff aren't doing their job and whoever answers the phone of an evening needs to be a bit more understanding

I chose the CEH because of it’s proximity to Kentish Old Town for a gig, and also with The Roundhouse and Fiddlers Elbow close by I wanted to see how good the hotel is for future events.
In summary, the hotel is of a high standard of accommodation specification and is really clean. The room I chose was a larger room and had two large beds with lots of space around them so we did not feel cramped. Window blinds allowed the level of darkness to be tweaked, and there was generous hot drink options including coffee pods which was a nice touch.
The service was excellent and I enjoyed a generous granola breakfast with fresh fruit, honey and Greek Yoghurt. Staff were friendly and I was assured that if I had had a problem that they would have sorted it.
I highly recommend this hotel, and I will be very happy to return here.

Similar priced hotels we stayed at over this period in Central London were of a much higher standard. When we tried to address the room areas that were unsatisfactory, but meant to be included (broken electrics etc), the response in trying to resolve them was tepid at best. Additionally, on day 2, we were offered an upgrade from a standard room (very small) and were then put in a 'standard' room (very small )!. Current owners have only been there a year. On the plus, a good location to Roundhouse.

The hotel is well placed for getting around and is above a busy pub across the road from a tube a 5 min walk into Camden. There is a separate entrance and you get a card to get in and out easily. The rooms are compact but very clean and have aircon. They are quite sound proofed from outside noise but can be noisy when people are coming back late at night in the corridor. We stayed 2 nights and our second night was fine but we had multiple issues on the first night - we had a meal in the pub on the first night and my husband got his meal but I was forgotten about - after 2 reminders it finally arrived half an hour after my husband had finished eating. Staff were not really apologetic and no discount was given. When we returned to our room to get a shower there was no water, after investigating they had a leak. Unfortunate for the hotel, we were given jugs of water. Water returned at 10pm when we were asleep. At 1.40am there was a knock on our door from the night manager asking if we had ordered a takeaway! The hotel give us an £80 refund after contacting them for part of the first night! Second night was fine although in future I think we will choose a proper hotel.
