Inspired by old world design and the glory of British craftsmanship, The Pilgrm brings a sense of provenance to today's modern traveller. We believe in bringing people together and that genuine hospitality is seamless, generous and graceful. At our core, we’re individuals simply driven by making something that was once beautiful, beautiful again. The Pilgrm offers a refreshing break from the ordinary. Each room has been sensitively designed to reflect the building’s original time and place. We aim to deliver the warmest guest experience of today, with the finest British craftsmanship of yesterday. Sensitively pared back, one of the most striking design features of our bedrooms is the 200-year-old parquet flooring that beautifully frames the bed and bedsides. With a nod to yesterday’s craftsmanship, it creates a modern, yet vintage charm. Our first-floor lounge and terrace are open daily from 7am - 10:30 pm to both guests and visitors.

Well… where do I start. I booked this last minute based purely on the quirky vibes. I knew just from the photos and reviews what to expect! This is A HIDDEN GEM. Fact. The staff were so welcoming on arrival. The tunes were so good and chilled. The free water on arrival was a touch. We ventured up to the rooftop bar and had a couple of delicious aperol spritz and incredible snacks. Every service with a smile. So relaxed and peaceful and the best aperols in a while! The room. I mean I’ll leave the pictures to do the talking. Beautiful. Clean. Aesthetically pleasing and calm. Having a speaker in the room was also a nice touch. We didn’t opt for the breakfast but saw the menu in the morning and decided it was too good to not try. Once again we were not let down. We sipped on a chilled oj with the best French toast Iv ever had. They looked after our bags for the rest of the day we weren’t staying and I have to HAVE TO give a special mention to John. What a guy. Welcoming and friendly. I LOVE THIS PLACE. And I will be coming back for sure :)

Stayed at the Pilgrm on two occasions. Ideal location for getting around London. Clean, tidy and comfortable - lovely breakfast too! Brilliant staff were very helpful - returned my wash bag by post which I had left there a few weeks ago. Will absolutely stay again.

such a cosy and welcoming hotel - highly recommend to anyone looking to change their scenery for a bit and experience the ultimate aesthetic pleasure complimented by a warm and friendly service. I'd advise to bring earplugs just in case, as it might get loud during the night - otherwise *chef's kiss*

Hi there, Thanks for leaving your thoughts with us, it's great to hear you felt well looked after by the team and enjoyed our aesthetic but I'm sorry to hear that our surroundings caused you some sleep issues, Paddington can be an active part of central London at times - we have earplugs available for our guests and are always happy to allocate rooms towards the back of the hotel upon request and when we can, please just leave us a little note on your next booking and we'll do our best to oblige! Best, Alessandro

I frequently stay in hotels all over London for work and this is the first time I've been really inspired to write a review. What a great hotel. The location is fab and the hotel it's self is really funky and different. The breakfast is just amazing and nothing is too much trouble for the really friendly staff. Honestly can't fault it!

An essential overnight stay during lockdown, The Pilgrim was the perfect London setting, close to Paddington. I stayed here three years ago pre-refurbishment and it has been suitably transformed, with the new benefit of an elevator and modern conveniences. Breakfast was delivered promptly to my room, beautifully presented and delicious. Customer service upon arrival and departure also exemplary.
