Would like to come and have a stay .As the apartment amenities are awesome. May be possible after Covid 19 .one of my friend suggested this apartment for its amenities and hospitality looking forward.one of the best apartment of its kind in London would like to recommend it to my friends
Thank you Marlin Aldgate Tower Bridge. I have now received my refund. It has taken some time, but understandable in the situation we are now. So for sure we will book there again when London opens up.
The company claims to offer free cancelation. But when you cancel then you just have to keep chasing them for refund... I have not been able to receive my refund for over 45 days even after free cancelation. Whats worse is that you can't reach the company contact center and they won't reply to your emails.
We have booked this hotel for the whole family, but due to the early close down in Norway because of the pandemic, we had to cancel the room. It was prepaid, but open for cancellations up to 72 hours before arrival. It has now been almost 3 weeks since the cancellation, but we have not received any refund and they do not answer the mail I have sent. So be careful and do not transfer any money.
While the rooms are nice, spacious and really combine everything you might need during your stay, there are some unexpected twists along the way. One of which was really unexpected, as upon arrival the hotel charged around 900 pounds because the stay was booked by an agency and therefore I could not show the card that was used.
