Very convenient destination for touring London or for business appointments, rooms well equipped and very clean. Gets very busy at times so book early. Staff helpful and obliging. It's my favourite place to stay in London.

Hotel is well located in Victoria area. Disappointing as check in was advertised as 2pm but when we arrived just before 3, only 1 room available.Room was VERY small but adequate for the 2 of us.Doors etc in need of painting, unable to open windows...More

As far as I can remember, yes definitely towels and soap are supplied ,but can't recall regarding the rest.
