My family of 4 loved staying here. The location is great, and the staff members are friendly, and seeing Big Ben every time you walk out the front doors never disappoints. We definitely recommend this property.

Good location, clean rooms, high standard, but over-charged and incorrectly charged a personal credit card provided for incidentals only to almost £600! My work colleague has also suffered the same issue.

Really nice hotel, excellent location. The whole hotel is real Really nice hotel in an excellent location. My only gripes are the breakfast was only luke warm and there was a poor selection of prepared fresh fruit at breakfast.

The good: excellent location (5 minutes walk from Big Ben), good staff (Dean at the front door and Dorethea in the breakfast room deserve mention for their excellent service), feels safe and secure inside. The not so good: We booked because the website mentioned the child friendly nature of the hotel. The "children's concierge" mentioned on the website is only... More

Very well located hotel for tourist sites and transport links. Stayed in an executive room with a sitting area and bedroom separated by a small kitchenette and bathroom. These rooms are a good size for London. Room had view of London eye from the floor to ceiling windows. Large hotel with a number of restaurants, bars and a coffee shop... More

The great location and a smart room layout which this hotel has doesn't really make up for the bland experience we had due to the service. The check-in, check-out and breakfast were professional but so heartless and lacking of empathy that it reminded us of our stays in ex-communist countries. We had two rooms, both of which were very smelly... More

The hotel is 5min walking from Westminster underground station. Very strategically located in the city core suitable for business area and tourism. The hotel itself is great, elegant in general; the rooms are very comfortable.

Staying in Southbank

Neighbourhood Profile
Southbank
Big time attractions such as the London Eye and a thriving theatre scene (compliments of the National Theatre and the Young Vic) are but a few of the reasons that Southbank is such a collectively cherished part of town. With plenty of family friendly activities and venues lined up along a pedestrianized river bank between Westminster Bridge and Waterloo Bridge, visitors can always expect a casual and festive atmosphere. On top of all the fun stuff to do at Southbank is the opportunity to simply sit back and admire photo-op views of iconic landmarks like Parliament and St Paul's Cathedral, just on across the Thames.
