Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very good experience at the Japanese restaurant. I live nearby this and looking for a Japanese restaurant oh wow!! Very fresh foods and great service from Jasha and Alaina. One of the best Japanese restaurants in London. Will definitely be back and yes will be my favourite place.

Room is good, check-in staff are helpful but they are still demanding your name at breakfast. This is insulting and unnecessary. Their default position seems to be that all their guests have engaged in an elaborate scam which involves impersonating people who have paid for breakfast. The absurdity of this is extraordinary. How would I know which rooms have paid for breakfast and which have not? I am just as likely to guess a room number that does not include breakfast as one which does. This rudeness is compounded by the fact that they asked me even when I showed them my room card with the room number on it! Yes, I suppose I could have gone to a print shop and had a fake room key wallet made, then added a guessed room number and hoped for the best, but the chances of guessing an inclusive room are not improved at all, despite the huge extra effort required. And I’m not accused of stealing the Crown Jewels, just a couple of second rate sausages and seriously overcooked scrambled eggs. I stay here several times a year. Usually for a week or more and ALWAYS with breakfast included. Over a year I may spend $10,000 in this hotel. I don’t deserve to be treated like a down-at-heal thief every morning. No other hotel treats me like this, anywhere. I travel all over the world and stay in equivalent hotels. Never, ever, have I been required to give my name to access the breakfast for which I have paid. Much as I find this place convenient, I will boycott it if this insulting nonsense does not stop.

Check in asked us if we didn't want our room cleaned for the time we where there we could get 2 bottles of wine WTF At the prices we paid why would we want a filthy room. Breakfast was not as good as any premier inn we have stayed at. Some staff looked at you as tho you were something they trod in That's why I gave 3 out of 5

Mervin at the concierge desk was awesome! It was our first time in London and he was super accommodating, as well as helpful in providing lots of tips for our trip. There was a small mistake with our reservation and he fixed it without any problems. Stay at the Park Plaza! It’s great!

I must give the concierges Eoin and Dayne an extra special mention. I had a hankering for chocolate and no vending machine in sight . I’m not sure which one of the lovely concierges obliged , but I was presented with a Yorkie Bar and a Double Mars bar on their return . Amazing service , going out of their way to oblige . 5 stars all the way

We had a great experience staying in Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London. Your staff, Miss Mariana, is so good the way she serves the best welcome. We will recommend Park Plaza as the best hotel in the UK. I am sure next time when I visit London I will stay here. Note: I feel if you keep at least 2 bottles of drinking water in the room, cos guests are going to the hotel after a long trip, t So this will make the guests bit relaxed. Cos when we enter the room the moment we see no drinking water and when we call the room service and comes to know it is Chargeable which is bit disappointing. As a complementary kindly consider to keep at least 2 half liter water bottles in every room, after that you can charge for the extra. Guests stay here have money to buy water, but giving just 2 half liter water bottles will add your hotel creditability and hospitality service to your guests. Thanks Manickam +919840788950

Stayed 5 nights. Overall pleasant stay. Pros: location, comfortable room, room service, Waterloo station literally 5-8 min walk. Cons: small rooms, bit expensive What they can improve: At the minimum provide water for the room free of charge. It’s a super inexpensive thing for the hotel to do. Had to get water every day from across the hotel. This was the fifth time we stayed at this hotel.
