I stayed at this hotel four times from October to November 2023 and had a very good experience. The location of the hotel was very convenient, and all the staff members were extremely friendly. Nearby tourist attractions can be reached on foot or by taking the underground. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the reception was welcoming, and they arranged for my luggage to be taken to the room, which I was very satisfied with. During my stay in London, I temporarily checked out of the hotel to go on a cruise vacation and other sightseeing trip. The hotel provided a luggage storage service, which charged £2 per case per day. However, there was no charge on the day of checkout and recheck-in. The service was very efficient, and the charges were quite reasonable. It only took about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Waterloo Train Station. I purchased tickets in advance to Southampton Train Station. Upon our arrival at Southampton Train Station, we took a taxi to the Southampton Port, which only took 5 to 10 minutes and cost around £10. It was very convenient. The quality of the in-room dining at the hotel was excellent, and as a Silver member, I received a 20% discount on in-room dining. The hotel room was clean, but there is still room for improvement to make it excellent standard. I would like to express my gratitude to every staff member who attended to me and my husband during our stay, including Hyriam, Jessica, Mervin, and others. I apologize for not being able to mention everyone. The friendly front desk staff surprised me by upgrading my hotel room for free, which was a delightful surprise. Hotel's Favourite
Stayed for Christmas l, arrive by train at Waterloo so the location is perfect for me, I was upgraded to a family suit which was extremely kind. The hotel feels high end without the high end price tag, the beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The staff very helpful and friendly. The pool feels luxurious and is a great temperature. Breakfast was buffet style the plates were heated so your breakfast stayed warm and an egg station, so the eggs are cooked fresh to order, I personally would rather have everything cook to order, I’m sure that way there would be a lot less waste. I would like to see something happening in the area that used to be used for the executive lounge, I always liked to use it. It’s a great space with lovely views of Big Ben and Westminster bridge. Such a waste. My last three stop overs at this hotel left doubts about staying again, (July 21, the tennis event stopped us using the hotel to its full potential. August 21, there was an awful smell in our room, which I reported and was told someone from the hotel would contact me they didn’t. September 21, due to COVID restrictions the pool numbers are restricted which meant our party of seven on this occasion could not swim together as they couldn’t fit us in) but this time it redeemed itself, the hotel was clean, we felt welcomed, and I really enjoyed staying here for Christmas, I’m so glad I give it another chance.…

A wonderful evening. Cristina was very kind and thoughtful. I told her about it being my mom’s birthday and she delivered with a lovely dessert. Bobby did a fantastic job as well. The house wine was a bit bitter, but the overall experience was great.

I stayed two nights in this hotel with my wife and we had an amazing time, amazing room, incredible views, we been checked by Rachid Bousseksou he was very kind even that he was new in his role, we also had a good time in Ichi restaurant, Jasha gave us an excellent service, she treats us very well, We really recommend this hotel.

I stayed at the park plaza for my birthday weekend and could not fault it one bit. We arrived earlier than we could actually check in so they held are bags so we didn't have to carry them all around London. The view from the hotel itself was great although we didn't have a room with a view. We stayed at the hotel on day 2 and enjoyed ourselves by the pool and even took in a massage at the spa. All reasonably priced and could of spent all day being pampered. The staff at the spa went above and beyond to help me celebrate my birthday and surprised us with Champagne after our treatment. We will definitely be returning next time we stay in London.

Stayed with family of 3. Front desk were slow. but the concierge was very friendly. Both in great location, contemplated in staying in this hotel over a neighboring hotel for same price. It’s not cheap so was hoping being our first time in London, it would be a good experience. The room was beautiful but bedsheet had a big stain. The light in the living room where the pull out bed was at wouldn’t turn off. We called for service but maintenance couldn’t fix the issue because all their electricians have gone home for the day. While the maintenance was apologetic, he said he’ll let the manager know to make sure it gets fix the next day. Needless to say my son didn’t sleep well with the bright light right on his eyes. The next day, after touring the city all day, came back and the light was still not fixed. Called for maintenance again. Instead of apologizing, we were given an attitude that there’s nothing he could do because he’s not an electrician and that they’ve gone for the day “again.” Just before he left the room, he said he’d like to try one more thing of replacing the fuse. Came back after a few minutes and replaced the fuse, which fixed the problem. Finally, he apologized for the trouble. We finally fell asleep but was awaken after 2 hours with the front desk following up if the issue’s been fixed.…

Ichi sushi was great. Service was very good , attentive staff. Sashimi was fresh tasting, with reasonable sized fish portions. Our server Reshma, and manager Tea were very friendly, and attentive to their guests and made us feel welcome in the restaurant.

First off, the hotel was nice. The location was perfect with the view of Big Ben and walking distance to the underground train station. Everything would have been great except the fact that our room was supposedly “cleaned” but the sheets were dirty. No new sheets or pillow cases. All they did was replace the tp and shampoo. I addressed my concern with the guest relations manager and she was rude. She kept cutting me off when I was talking and she was argumentative with me. She said they do not replace the sheets or pillow cases. I asked for the hotel General Manager and he was nicer to talk to. He was very understanding and spoke to me calmly. The guest relations manager put a bad taste in my mouth. We don’t plan on staying at this hotel again.
