Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This was my second stay in a Premier Plus room. I don't normally pay extra for anything when travelling but this was well worthwhile. The concept of a high quality room without paying extra for hotel services one often does not want is a really good one. Essentially, you get a 4-star room for a 3-star price.

We prefer to stay here rather than central London as it’s quieter, but Wimbledon has a lot to offer and you can still be in central London in half an hour. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff have always been friendly and very helpful.

I often use Premiere Inns because I know I will always have a comfortable bed and a clean room. Additional security such as a chain on the door would be an improvement, Was disappointed to see activist 'Pride' branding and statements about gender identity in the 'be kind' statement in foyer

I was in a party of 20+ guys who had booked to stay for the weekend. One of the guys had booked most of the rooms and we were all supposed to be in twin rooms. However, when I got to my room there was only one stadard double bed and as my roomate was a 20+ stone large gentlemen that was never going to work. I went striaght down to reception and explained the situation and asked if we could be moved to a twin room and apy any additional costs if there were any. My request was denied and was told that we had been allocated the room type that was booked. I said there must have been an oversight and the receptionist said that that sometimes happens with the prmier plus rooms were there is only one bed vs the standard rooms were they are twin bedded rooms. In teh end I had to pay for another room for my 2 nights stay at a cost >£200. Very dissappointing!

The two things that made the entire trip memorable were the amazing staff on breakfast- Katie and Manuela. These staff made us feel so welcomed and looked after. I haven’t receive such great service like this ever. I would stay at this hotel just to feel this level of welcome.

I regularly stay here with work and it is one of the very best Premier Inns I've stayed inn. Its clean and tidy comfortable and quiet. The best thing about this place is the staff, they are totally awesome, they always go out of their way to make you feel welcome. A special shout out to Katie and Manuella who always welcome you with a huge smile and will got out of their way to make you feel at ease. It's the little touches that count. The customer service of these two ladies is exceptional and are a huge asset to the organisation.

We stayed here last week, after being on the road since 2am and arriving at 9am, and although we recognised this was early, asked to pay for early check-in to be told this wasn’t an option. They also refused to allow us the use of a toilet before check-in. We arrived back to check-in and found staff hoovering stairs and we found ourselves feeling in the way. Staff attitudes just felt gloomy and unfriendly. The room just felt neglected, grotty skirting, not the best clean and some weird stains on chairs. The plus side was the proximity to the tube station and we found commuting into London super easy from the hotel.
