Check in experience was poor and not to a 5 star standard. We were handed our key cards and not told where the lifts were or what floor we were on! Beds were extremely hard. Breakfast was average. Showers were excellent. Housekeeping thorough. The porters were very pleasant.

The Biltmore Mayfair stands out as one of London's premier hotels, offering generously sized suites in contrast to the city's often compact accommodations. Its inviting lobby bar, staffed by exceptional event and sales teams, adds to the allure. The dedicated hotel concierge services enhance the guest experience, though regrettably, the pool was unavailable during my stay. In an area where parking is a challenge, the hotel's accessibility to taxis is a great convenience. Its prime location, just a short stroll from Grosvenor Square, Oxford Street, and Berkeley Street, makes it a prime destination. While the open lobby policy for tea and coffee attracts outsiders, it can lead to occasional crowding. The housekeeping and in-room dining services were notably commendable.

Excellent hotel, very good customer service. The Front of House were incredibly friendly upon arrival and the wider hospitality team were brilliant. My stay was fantastic and would highly recommend The Biltmore to those visiting London.

Not as great as I thought… I found so many things that are lacking maintenance… water going out of the wall while having a shower in the bathroom!! Light bulbs blinking, food at breakfast cold, staff at reception not very prepared to a five star! Smells bad in the reception / seating area in the lobby. Many small details are not taken care of. Staff was doing it’s best, they all try very hard. But Hilton should invest more in maintenance and training!

One of those stays where too many of the little things were wrong. It’s just scraping a 4/5. If you get this for £300 per night fine. However, if you are paying double that don’t expect MO or Four Seasons or even an experience like LXR or Conrad outside UK. On paper the location should work. It is just missing something for me. The biggest problem was staff (training) quality. Quality of service was inconsistent. In two separate meetings different colleagues had huge problems managing to get a Lime and Soda drink! I are in the restaurant twice and food was mediocre at best. On the other hand door staff were very good. The hotel was clearly busy. I was told it was a full house. Perhaps they don’t need to try too hard. Hilton Diamond was not recognised by hotel. If the hotel are serious about a five star experience they need to get rid of UHT Milk for the nespresso machine!

Amazing hotel with amazing staff!! Excellent location in the posh Mayfair. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and some attractions. Rooms are very clean. Bathrooms are spacious. Ernest in the bar and Yolanda in the restaurant are the absolute best!! Management in the restaurant/bar is spot on. Food is delicious! I cannot recommend this place more!
