I appreciate the time you have taken to leave a review about your experience at the Hard Rock Hotel London. Located on Oxford Street where all the shops begin, it is the perfect place to stay for those looking for some retail therapy. Of course as we are in the centre of London, it's very easy to visit other attractions or unwind with a walk through Hyde Park just across the street from us. We travel to London weekly for business and our usual hotel was closed due to the lockdown. We tried this hotel after seeing the standards online and it was so good, we have now decided to make this our regular stay when we’re in London. We had spoken to Yaseen who had made our reservation; he was extremely helpful, professional and polite making us actually very excited to stay there. We arrived and spoke to Stacey and Simon who kindly answered all of our questions, introduced us to the HardRock brand, gave us a tour of the HardRock Shop, Cafe and were extremely knowledgeable of the displays and history. Honestly we could not be happier, the entire team went above and beyond to make our, and from what we could see, all guests stay perfect and memorable. I am proud to say this is by far probably my favourite hotel in London and is an easy competitor for five star properties with 3 X the basic price. Thank you again for making our stay great, we will of course be back.…

My friend and I spent one night here and loved it. We had visited the bar before and this time we decided to spend a night while on a Christmas shopping mission! Really nice and genuine staff (I always appreciate when hotel staff are naturally cheerful and not stiff!), spacious room (thanks for the upgrade!), signature Hard Rock burger and drinks, just overall great value for money for a stay literally two steps away from Oxford Street.

I went here for a good time and I had a blast. Everyone was so nice and accommodating, that it felt like a home away from home. The food was amazing. Honestly, I'll definitely come back! Check-in and check-out was very good as well and I really liked the covid-19 safety measures put in place.
