What can I say cannot fault this hotel or the staff. The only reason I gave very good for the sleep quality is because I do not sleep well , the bed was extremely comfortable and considering its location very quiet.

Stayed last week for six days whilst in London and was impressed with every aspect of this hotel housed within the iconic St Pancras Station. Firstly, the building is so impressive you feel like you are stepping into somewhere very special. Secondly, we ate breakfast every morning in the Booking Office Restaurant and the fare was excellent every time. We...

We stayed here in the middle of February for a anniversary/birthday vacation. It's the perfect location to stay in London. You have access to tube stations and train stations right where your staying so you can get anywhere you want to go relatively easily. When we first walked in to register we were greeted by Alex. He help us with...

My wife and I stayed for a weekend in February, in the modern wing. Our Room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were excellent, which actually made for a very relaxing stay. The room was ready for us to check in at about 11am, which made a real difference to our day around London. The hotel itself is lovely,...

This is one busy and, when we stayed due to a very large Bar Mitzvah party, one noisy hotel. We had two rooms - one Junior suite at £435 and one twin at £234. The Junior suite was a big room and very nice. My main comment would be that it was a bit bland, lacking any colour and warmth...

This historic hotel is really worth seeing - and to stay here is a special treat! Great connection to Gatwick Airport - but also really good connection with the underground to the city center! The rooms are spacious, well furnished - beds are very comfortable and the bathroom amenities are of good quality and pleasant fragrance! The building has been...

This is one of those reviews you know you need to write and yet hate the thought of adding more competition for rooms. This old RR hotel was almost demolished. Thankfully it was saved. The hotel tour on the weekend is worth every minute. We didn't walk through the lobby again without visions of horse drawn carriages. Staff across the...

We loved St. Pancras Renaissance. Everything about this hotel is terrific, the lovely restoration of the building, the rooms, the service, the staff, the food, just about everything about our stay was top drawer. The location is excellent and we were on a rail tour, so this location was an excellent start and finishing point for our vacation. We will...
