Located in the magnificently restored Victorian St Pancras train station, this hotel and its welcoming staff has everything a first class hotel should have: knowledgeable and helpful staff, especially those handling reception and concierge; marvelous rooms, and a fine bar and restaurant. We selected the hotel because of its proximity to St Pancras station with modest expectations. From the moment...

I really really wanted to love this hotel. I've stayed in a lot of business hotels on the company dime and this we were funding ourselves- the first night of our honeymoon before heading to the Eurostar. I was hoping we could come back year after year. The good first- and to be fair, there is a lot of good....

Our family of 3 stayed several nights at this stunning hotel and were extremely pleased by the comfortable suite and impeccable support provided by Matthew who used a brilliant phrase "leave it with me" versus the typical response of "no", "I don't know", or "I have to check" that you receive from most hotel staff. Being Marriott Rewards Platinum Elite,...

The St Pancras Renaissance Hotel London has become my go to hotel when I visit the capital. The primary reason for this is because of its excellent location, situated right next to King's Cross / St Pancras stations and Underground. In addition, it is a beautiful building with much to offer. Unsurprisingly, the hotel was busy over the festive period...

We had two beautiful adjoining rooms at the front of the hotel. I highly recommend anyone doing the same for a big family treat in London. We were off to see the Harry Potter show at the Palace Theatre. Such an iconic building! The architecture, the interiors, the stunning Gilbert Scott grand staircase. The almost surreal views of the platform...

The hotels decor and design is stunning. It's in a great location and easy to get to anywhere. Unfortunately for a supposedly 5 star hotel it wasn't as good as it should/could of been. The bar area is cool but the service wasn't that of a 5star hotel. The food and drinks were very pricey and I had to pay...

I stayed here with a friend for the weekend. On our arrival, we were highly impressed with the stunning lobby, facade and Booking Office restaurant and were treated like royalty by the attentive and friendly Alex, who was on reception each day and always greeted me by name. Our room, in the Barlow Wing, was pretty drab but the beds...

Visited the lobby bar today for some tea and cake with my family. The atmosphere is really nice, but all cakes we had were rock hard and really old. You are calling this a 5 star hotel ? ?Very disappointing...
