Stayed for a business trip to London at the St Pancras Renaissance. Have to say this might be one of the nicest Renaissance hotels in the Marriott chain I have ever stayed in. Location is outstanding, right inside St Pancras rail station and at the crossroads of Kings Cross station. Rooms and facilities were unique and beautiful. Staff was outstanding...

Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was below the standard I would expect from a hotel, especially a 5 star one! The mirror and doorframe was covered in lumps of thick dust. I was not searching for things to critique; they were simply unavoidable from our bed. Power outage: We discovered a power outage to all of the electrical sockets...

We deeply regret that your recent visit did not live up to our usual high standards and that the timeliness of my email correspondence was hindered by being absent from the hotel. Our offer to return to St Pancras remains open and I sincerely hope you will reconsider visiting again.

Such a convenient location! St. Pancras is connected to the hotel. Allows tube access without getting wet in the rain, or walking outside streets in the dark. We arrived at the hotel well before check-in time. I was surprised that a room was not available since most hotels have a few rooms ready early. We were offered a couple of...

Thank you for taking the time to provide this detailed feedback. I am pleased to hear that despite a few issues, you would overall rate the experience 5 out of 5 and were especially impressed by the level of service provided by the team. Great to hear you were able to make the most of our exclusive Eurostar VIP Transfer...

Had a weekend away for my neices wedding. Stunning building, air conditioning was good as a hot weekend and loved the bed linen. However, they tried to charge us £140 mini bar bill even though they had checked to see if it had been used. I did not think the room was luxurious considering the price of the room.

Thank you for your comments. Please can you let us know if the issue with your bill concerning the mini bar was resolved. If not, please contact the main hotel switchboard and ask to speak to a member of the Guest Relations team and they will look into this immediately.

Wow, were we disappointed! A fancy and expensive hotel right above the train tracks for a perfect location. What could be better, right? We arrived at 2:50pm and was told our room wasn't ready. Isn't check in at 3:00pm? Yes, but not sure when it will be ready. Ok, what room do you have? Well, we have an accessible room,...

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback which i am of course very disappointed to read. Our official check in time, communicated on the website and all reservation confirmation is at 4pm. Whilst we do our very best to accommodate guests who arrive before this time, this does mean we might have to allocate an alternative room,...

If you're reading these reviews, you're probably a Marriott traveler. In that case, you should first know that they do NOT have a gold-level lounge. You must be platinum or stay in a Chambers suite in order to get access to the lounge. This was a bit disappointing, given that other hotels in the same class have a lounge for...

Thank you so much for your review. I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment regarding the Lounge but as you've mentioned, at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel we decided to take the Lounge concept in a different direction and instead, introduce The Chambers Club, the hotel's most exclusive area with access only to Chambers guests and Platinum members. However, there are...

My aunt and I spent two days at the St. Pancreas Renaissance the end of July before our Princess Cruise of the UK. I'm going to tell you that I wasn't originally happy because the cruise line changed our hotel one day before our arrival in London-WOW when we drove up to the St Pancras we were stunned at how...

I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed your time at St Pancras Renaissance Hotel. Did you know that the Lobby, which we now refer to as Hansom Lounge, is so-called because it used to be a covered road and it's where the horse-drawn taxis - or Hansom Cabs as they were known - drove through to drop passengers off...

A stunning hotel and totally indulgent, especially if you have a Chambers suite room. The Chambers Club was a wonderful oasis of calm and exemplary service. The Staircase Suite was pure luxury and restful. The option to have concierge service to the Eurostar train is one you should take - we were guided from our room to our train seat,...

I am thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your experience of the very best the hotel has to offer when staying as a Chambers guest; from the Eurostar VIP transfer service, through to The Chambers Club. The Grand Staircase Suite is probably our most unique suite featuring an original staircase within the suite dating back to the 19th century and...

Having stayed at the St Pancras a number of times, this was our first visit this year, the last previous being December 14. The hotel still has a wow factor to it, and is great as a gateway hotel for London. This time we stayed in the Barlow rooms which are well appointed, and whilst lacking the absolute grandeur of...

Thank you for your comments. I'm sorry to hear that you felt standards had dropped in the Club and I will ensure I connect with the Chambers Manager immediately. Place to stay before going Eurostar, if you are lucky enough to be able to afford it. Room outlook can be a bit dark with quite subdued lighting and the room looking into what appears to be part of the old station The one we had in the Barlow wing was comfortable, modern but perhaps nothing special. Thank you for your comments. As you mention, dining options are extensive! Not only does the hotel boast 5 outlets itself from our urban deli, MI + ME, through to Marcus Wareing's The Gilbert Scott, and the station's original ticket hall, Booking Office Bar, but the choice within St Pancras International is also broad. I will ensure your mention of...
