Strangely run hotel. We booked via booking.com and had the printed off confirmation with us, despite this we were told there was a problem with the booking, however they did give us a room, we stayed three nights, the second morning we had a knock on the door from the apparent manager saying we shouldn’t be in this room, we explained there had been a problem and thought it had been resolved. We had no room service at all during our stay despite reporting to reception every day. Just odd. Nothing wrong with the hotel.

Hotel is in a good location. Rooms were comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good value for money and excellent quality. Tried the bar and ordered food which was very nice although drinks were pricey. Slight problem with room which was reported to reception on checkout.

Perfectly located hotel, stayed for one night. 3 Course meal and Breakfast included within the package. Dinner was fabulous, especially the 'Gin fizz lime cheesecake', and breakfast was equally impressive. Had stayed at the hotel previously, and would not hesitate to return.

Nice nostalgic hotel, here for a weekend tot visit out daughter. Very kind staff and nothing is too much for Them. We had a very Nice breakfast, and good coffee too. The hotel is situaties accros the hide park, very big park and You van walk there for ours. True the park You van reach Buckingham Palace. Tube central.line is a 5.minute walk.

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our second visit to this hotel. Its location is great, the rooms are comfortable and well provided, the food is delicious, and the staff is great, we are very grateful to both Elena and Kristof, for serving us gin-n- tonics in the evenings. They are very especial!
