The hotel is very beautiful with wonderful service in the restaurant and bars. Afternoon tea was amazing. Housekeeping service excellent. Concierge team very prompt with email requests. Lots of history in this hotel.
Lovely but could use more on-the-go conveniences like in room coffee or coffee station in lobby. My room cost $1200 US dollars and then I had to PAY for a long formal fancy breakfast. As an American tourist anxious to maximize time and value I will not return. I like to move a little quicker than a typical Claridges guest.
Fabulous experience! Comfort all the way from the lift (with its little sofa!) to the room and public areas. Friendly, attentive staff whose attention to detail second to none. As some famous person once said, 'When I die I want to go to Claridge's not heaven'' That says it all!
One of the reasons are daughter's wedding was such a success was because of the incredible level of personal service & friendly professionalism provided by the whole team at Claridges. That is why it's one of the best hotels in the World. Now newly refurbished to an extremely high standard, I wouldn't go anywhere else in London.
Just another flawless visit to (in my opinion) the worlds best hotel, Claridge's in London. Massive thank you to Denis Broci (artistry in making my wife feel an important visitor again) for creating the feeling we’d never been away and just amazing to see George once more in Claridges Bar. Not seen George post-pandemic but he knew how I’d like the Dry Martini none the less!! 80%+ of the Uk economy is now service based, this team do it like no other in the world!
