Very cosy hotel , where I needed to feel at home with my daughter who lives in a boarding school. We had a nice room with twin beds, comfortable but really tight. The brakfast was good but brewed coffee needs to be ameliorate.

Very expensive without a discount. With discount of 70 percent it becomes more correct but is still expensive. Location is not bad, maybe a bit far from the main center, by walk. Bathroom must be reviewed, not easy to take a shower. Breakfast is only 3 stars, if you do not take extra dishes. The hotel is beautiful, the staff...

One uses this hotel for the service, peace and comfort. If you want pools, spas and a grand restaurant, go somewhere else but you won't get such impressive staff. I heard one guy complain there was no bar or barman ... the bar is in the drawing room, it is available from lunchtime onwards and you write down what you...

This hotel is in a lovely position in Chelsea, minutes from the very cosmopolitan Kings Road and the peace of Hyde Park. All the staff we met were smiley and helpful. The hotel itself was peaceful and relaxing. Our suite had lovely views over the garden and an open fire. The afternoon tea, champagne and hot cocoa that everyone else...

I have stayed in different hotels in London. Draycott Hotel is unique. The hotel serves English afternoon tea and meals yet complimentary tea & biscuits is thoughtfully served at 4pm, a glass of champagne at 6pm and hot chocolate & biscuits at 9pm. An elegant, luxury yet very relaxing establishment supported by a team of dedicated, enthusiastic staff. Breakfast kipper...

Superb location just 1 minute from Sloane Square this hotel has bundles of character, is clean, provides a super breakfast and more complimentaries than you could expect. The jewel in the crown are the exceptional staff that make you feel that nothing is too much trouble, without appearing overbearing. Thank you so much.

Our family of four stayed at the Draycott over this year's Christmas break. We stayed in a suite that was the perfect set up for our university aged children. My wife and I stayed in a large one bedroom with a sitting area around an operating fireplace! There was a kitchen which we used for breakfasts and a full bathroom....

Rooms are named. We stayed at Ashcroft. Faces the garden with a balcony (tiny), in central London! Even with balcony doors open, we can barely hear any city noise! Room decor is very much evocative of early/mid 20th century (could be older, not really an expert) with very modern bathrooms and electrical fittings. Once suggestion, adding a few USB power...

It is the second time a stay at this wonderful hotel. It is so wonderfull, old hotel with a lot of stairs and angels, but very nice held up to date. We stayed over Christmas and the Hotel was so lovely decorated. Nice tradition with afternoon tea and drink at 6 PM.

Staying in Chelsea

Neighbourhood Profile
Chelsea
Wealth courses through The King's Road, Chelsea's upmarket artery of West London life packed with shops, eateries and glitzy nightspots. For people-watching at its best and luxury retail therapy that's largely unrivalled, this area cannot be missed. But if this showy street starts to overwhelm or a moment of price tag shock sends you reeling, a quick detour down pretty much any of many King's Road veins will reveal a quieter side of Chelsea. Here the stately Royal Hospital hosts its world-famous flower show, and the Thames rolls along at a lazy pace, with leafy Battersea Park and its Peace Pagoda beckoning from across the river.
