I stayed in the hotel for the first time in many years. The redesign/refurb is fantastic. My original room was very noisy (CRAZY noisy, due to construction which the hotel did not disclose). By way of apology, I was moved to a beautiful lower-floor suite. My only regret is that it was only a 1 night stay! Definitely a class...

Having stayed at a number of hotels over the years, I have to rate the Berkeley as the best at overall customer experience. The staff makes a point of greeting you personally, getting to know you and anticipating your needs, and helping you make the most of your stay. We've stayed there a number of times, and each has been...

The Berkeley Hotel is a conviently-located, high-end hotel in the heart of London. The staff were very helpful, especially considering my reservation was wrongly made by the agent. The staff were able to very quickly resolve the issues. The spa and pool area are excellent. Breakfast was also excellent. The best part is the relatively newly-refurbished rooms, which are very...

A week at The Berkeley is a WOW experience even for 'hardened' travel veterans. The staff completes the lovely surroundings and newly renovated rooms. Each client service expert in their areas of expertise were true professionals. It was just a delight.

Myself and a mother-to-be spent the day at the spa last Tuesday. We were greeted with over a dozen +70yr olds in the ladies changing rooms at 11:30 in the morning - so immediately we felt as though we were in a Spa catered for the elderly/retired - it was quite the surprise. They were very gossipy and rude to...

Room was located next to a service entry. Extremely noisy. Was shown to my room through a freight elevator. Not the nicest way to arrive. Made up for these shortcomings with excellent food, good service and prime location.

We had breakfast in the blue bar (avocado compote) and then spent the day up in the spa - it was wonderful - we had the day package that included massage, facials, and manicure and a seasonal lunch and champagne. The weather was amazing so we took lunch outside in the gorgeous oasis on the terrace and then spent some...

Only because we can't give it six stars. Superb location in Knightsbridge, close to Hyde Park, Harrod's, the V&A and more. The staff is outstanding, from the doormen to the concierges to the waitstaff. The Spa and the pool are beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast is worth getting up for, and tea is tremendous. We'll be back!

Neighbourhood Profile
Belgravia
Home to the vast majority of embassies and diplomatic residences in London, sophisticated and upscale Belgravia also boasts a wealth of luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and some of the city’s most stroll worthy lanes. While the prices here are high, taking a leisurely stroll through the streets of picturesque and elegant white stucco houses is free. Hyde Park and the Buckingham Palace Gardens are only a stone's throw away to the north, and some of Europe’s best shopping is nearby as well.
