Hotel was outstanding. Helpful staff. We had a 2-bedroom apartment that was well laid out. It was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend a stay at this hotel and use of the apartment for any family wanting a trouble free stay.

Friendly, attentive, helpful staff. Our apartment was cleaned, towels changed every day, bins emptied. Comfortable bed and the sofa was really good. Good cupboard space. Very nice restaurant. Nice location

This was just a short stay, however the hotel and accommodation was excellent, probably one of the best sleeps i have had in a hotel! Room service was excellent, both fast, inexpensive and excellent quality. with the location almost next to Harrods, this was a fabulous place to stay.

this hotel has excellent location, excellent rooms and services. i stayed 4 days and everything was excellent. it is next to harrods and knightsbridge station. all shops are within walking distances.it suitable for families and business trips.

The hotel is by far the best we have ever stayed. We came in the morning to check in, but naturally our room was not available. However, the helpful receptionist arranged to store our luggage and she even asked us for my number to call once the room was ready. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Service in general is superb, everyone Inter cast with a smile. We only used the restaurant for breakfast, which was fantastic, but we will definitively will book for dinner next time we stay. This is our new place to stay in London.

Firstly will deal with the bad. We were looking forward to our stay here as the photos of the apartments were very appealing and although relatively expensive those and the location sealed the decision to book this property. The apartment we were allocated was a far cry from those photos - located at the rear it was dark and uninviting. It was desperately in need of renovation, the kitchenette doors were so old and shoddy some almost falling off, the ceiling in the entry was half falling down, catches on doors had just been removed leaving gouged out timber, bathroom very old and tired. When we questioned the disparity between this and those on the website which are advertised as five star, luxury, refurbished etc we were told there was a new carpet and lounge! We were told there was no possibility of moving as they were full for the next two nights so had to endure this sub standard accommodation for that time. We could accept it if only paying say £150 per night in London but not when paying £500! So to the good- we were finally moved to a delightful apartment at the front which had been far more recently renovated and reflected the standard indicated on the web site. If we had occupied this one the entire stay I’d be writing a glowing review. Location is brilliant very close to many high end stores, restaurants and tube station. The staff on the whole were friendly and did their best to help us - they can only do so much though. We would definitely return but only if guaranteed to be allocated the better apartment. We requested the manager see us to discuss the condition of the first apartment, however he chose to not respond to us in contrast to the welcome message on the tv. If anyone from head office reads this please note, not good enough. We operated our own hotel for ten years and would not have considered putting a guest into apartment 506 in the condition it is in. Suggest you strongly request to not be given that one and maybe the operating company will take note and spend the money it so desperately needs to justify the price and 5 star rating. …

Location was great, right next to Harrods and very close to an underground station, but the elevator being out of service on 5 days out of 9 wasn't really acceptable- especially when on the 5th floor. I'd booked online with breakfast included, but was told at check in that this would only cover one person- not the 2nd guest, who was a child.

The hotel and the service I get it was so bad the worst experience I had it in my as the room so small more than we expected and the staff at all not helpful with as as well the manager. The housekeepers the cleaning the room at 3:40pm as they say priority for check in guest that what make me feel so bad in the service I get as I pay full money to get full service.

Dear mamaea1, I am ever so grateful for your feedback, yet disappointed to read that you wouldn’t recommend us. You booked two of our entry level rooms (Classic double) and requested an early check in. We advised that we couldn’t guarantee an early arrival but would do our best. Thirty minutes prior to our standard check in times, we had one room ready for you when you arrived. Unfortunately, this was an issue for you as you wanted both rooms immediately and you went on using an inappropriate approach towards the team at reception which is something we do not tolerate. The rooms you booked are on the smaller size which was clearly mentioned on our website and on other online booking partners so that Guests can make an informed decision to meet their needs. If shopping is one of your favored pursuits, Harrods is just footsteps away, as well as Harvey Nichols, and the many luxury brands found on Sloane Street.
