I greatly enjoyed my time at the Connaught! I was given a beautiful, newly renovated room which was a wonderful treat. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very attentive to my requests. The most important things to me in a hotel stay are excellent service and attention to detail, and the Connaught certainly delivered on those. Thanks to Millan and the entire team! I also had a fabulous meal at the magnificent Helene Darroze restaurant.

Hotel's Favourite
Friendliest, most elegant hotel in London. But for the loud Ferraris on the streets and the "sightseers" in the bars, it is a bastion of calm and serenity in Mayfair. French Toast at Jean Georges is perfection!

The Connaught is still the best hotel in Mayfair to me. I have had the opportunity to be a frequent guest and enjoy the warm welcome, the great breakfasts, and the well appointed rooms. The changes such as the patisserie shop and the world famous bar, The Connaught Bar, only help to enhance the experience. Though it can be difficult to get in the bar.

As a fairly regular visitor to this hotel I think that it just gets better and better. From the greeting at the door to the check-in and ALL of the hotel staff - its faultless. The staff have a remarkable ability to remember your name which makes the stay so personal. This is one of the best hotels in the world (I stay at many)

Very beautiful and elegant Hotel, top quality service, maybe the best location in London, the service in the rooms are very attentive, they always give you extra Panna and San Pellegrino. Too expensive for the category of the room who has only one sink, not good for a bathroom of a 5 star Hotel. Too much light coming in from outside! In any case all the Hotels in the major cities in Europe have gone crazy with the rates and this hotel is not an exception. Then they charge the bill with a 5% service charge! If you won’t they can remove the charge, but this is not the right way to charge service!

We celebrated our anniversary after a two-year gap and it was as much of an adventure as always. The staff were so helpful in the lead up and we were upgraded on arrival, which was most welcome. We stayed in the contemporary wing which is our usual destination apart from one to two upgrades to the Princes room (truly magical). Everything was exceptional from the decor to the Connaughty cakes and chocolate covered strawberries, the style of the room / bathroom, our drinks in the Connaught Bar and a delicious breakfast. We even managed to say hello to an old friend or two, although always manage to miss Agostino! Perhaps next time... We look forward to our next stay, no matter if it's months or years.
