    Great location for an intense West End theater experience

    I have stayed at this hotel before, and would highly recommend it. The staff are very attentive.The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the restaurant is very good. The location is also very good, as it is about a 10 minute walk to several theaters and Covent Garden.

    Are there refrigerators in the standard rooms? What about in the "superior queen rooms"?
    We had a minibar in our superior room with some space in it. We didn't use it though as you get automatically charged if any of the minibar items are moved. There was an ice bucket though and an ice machine on our floor.

    Yes, you do. This is an exceptionally secured hotel, makes you feel very safe.

    We have booked a family room but read from the reviews that it can only accomodate up to 3 people, is it too cozy for 4? We have 2 teenagers and 2 adults, does the room provide extra rollaway if needed? Do you have any other rooms that can definately accomodate 4 comfortably?
    We had a room for two and it was SMALL. I would suggest that if they say the room only takes three then it only takes three.

    just would like to say what a effortless process to book in online even had the choise of room so looking forward to our visit on saturday now to my question please can we leave our luggage with the concierge

    "get your key as early as you can before they sell it"
    "Room quality is very variable, ask for a room away from the Main Street and do ask to change if it is not satisfactory."
    "Only thing I would be careful of is getting in and out of the shower / bath. Use the rubber mat and hold onto the rails."
