If you are not royalty you should stay here because you will feel like and be treated like a royal. Service and attention to detail are second to none at One Aldwych. Great location, extremely clean and well, I already praised the service.

Staff excellent, really excellent. And the hotel is lovely and a great location. Have to say the rooms and bathrooms are a little tired and small. For the price we paid I would expect the rooms to be a little more salubrious.

I haven't been to this bar for ages. It's a shame because I have always loved it but as with all things London you get drawn in by new places and forget those you loved. We stopped by after work and had a glass of champagne and sat in the fabulous foyer bar. Staff are attentive and it's worth every...

This place is stunning and you feel special as soon as you walk in. The flowers are always amazing in here. Totally gorgeous. Spent a couple of hours in here and loved it. The bowls of nibbles they serve (for free) with your drinks are very moorish... make sure it doesn't spoil your appetite if you still have to have...

Another stay at One Aldwych and the same standards across the board have been maintained. A little street noise in the bedroom at night but this is central London so not unexpected. It is always a total pleasure to stay here be it work or pleasure.

A beautiful hotel, in a great location. Well decorated, comfy, and elegant. I had a drink at the bar and all the cocktails were amazing. The staff really make the difference. Very helpful and very knowledgeable. From the moment I stepped in the door to when I left everything was perfect.

Hotel is smart and stylish, Staff are very friendly and bar is great. However even the more expensive rooms are on the small side and a little plain. Location is very good and the breakfast is tasty. All in all though 4 stars

Enjoyed the perfect location, luxurious room and friendly helpful staff. Would recommend it to anyone visiting for leisure but also for business in the city of London. At walking distance from Covent garden and the river Thames.

I highly recommend One Aldwych. It is a hotel of a very high class with a superb service. Only (little) minus is, that the beds are a bit hard. The hotel has a great location by Covent Garden. I will definitely visit the hotel again.

Wonderful location, the staff was excellent and helpful. The lobby cafe is a real treat. The shower was disappointing...but overall 5 stars. I mention the shower because it was a real annoyance. The concierge really and the health club were great value adds. We spent much time with concierge and they answered every question. We were very pleased with the...
